Pavers and Hardscaping Service
At the initial rating they were doing fine. There were a few punctuality issues but they have done a good job. Now , that the company has been paid in full, it's impossible to get them to return to finish some of the work not completed. Steve, a co-owner has made several trips to my home, made commitments to return and complete the work. It has been 6 months now and still nothing but empty promises from Steve and his other co-owner.
I would strongly recommend that you seek and landscape company to perform your work.

The designer was pretty nice. The thing I didn't like was they installed a drip system that put out too much water so I had to adjust that. They didn't install the membrane catch which catches the water from going to where the plants are so the plants aren't doing as well as they should. I am still waiting to hear a reply from that.

They are affordable. They are flakes. I never actually had the service. They came out and moved some rocks and stuff and then I never heard from them again.

Pavers and Hardscaping Service
on october 1 we hand the senior estimator come out to price our back yard landscaping and patio and cover with 2 post for $6000. after the conc. pad and landscape we done he said we needed a I beam if we wanted only 2 post. so we paid for it. when it was all done at the end of october, we asked about the permit for our record and he said he had the get if from the office and will be back with it next week. I called back the next week and he said he did't see his boss yet so give him a week. meanwhile a plant died and he said when he get the permit he will come up and check out the plant and schedule a replacement. In december I found out they submitted the HOA submittal and the HOA billed me for it. Anyway after many massage they finally called me back and told me that I had a problem with my permit. That I need to add a 3rd post to get my permit because they didn't put in the ftg for the 2 post. long story short I finally got my permit on march 20, 2012 but had to pay for a I-beam I didn't need and add the red post I didn't want. The HOA fee and a new plant. I ask them for refund me for the I-beam and they refused to refund me for it.

Landscaping
The proposal was to remove all grass, one tree, trim the remaining tree, replace grass with desert landscaping. I showed the salesman Chris Robertson a neighbor's yard identical to ours and asked for that design to be duplicated. I explained that this house was being converted to a rental and that I live four hours away. They started the work a week later than they said they would.
Once they completed the work Chris called me to get access to the garage to connect the sprinkler timer and to get the second half of their payment. I told them I would come out the following weekend to finish the job and effect payment! We made an appointment for Friday morning.
While waiting for Chris to show I worked on connecting the newly installed drip system to the timer in the garage. Couldn't get it to work. Turned out they cut the wires in half while digging. After lunch. I finally called Chris to find out when he might show. He had forgotten the appointment to get paid. He finally showed and I told him he didn't exactly follow the specifications. They did a great job removing the tree and trimming the other. The rock was a soft brown with a larger dark brown to be in two spots for contrast. They placed all the dark rock in one place. There was only two very small plants planted. I told Chris I wanted more dark rock around the house for contrast and more shrubbery. He said that would be an additional $330. I paid him the remaining $1050 for the first contract and an additional $330 for the (alleged extra work ). That was July 1, 2011. I came to look at the house today July 29, 2011 and none of the extra work has been done. They haven't returned my calls.

I highly recommend this company. Our estimator was Chris Robertson and he worked with us to make sure that what we envisioned for our yard was what we actually received.
