I met Lauri one day when I stopped at an open house just to look. Since that day I have used Lauri for multiple Real Estate deals. I have bought two homes using her. The home I currently have - I am sooo lucky to have it. It is a home most people want - single story - large - open and with a pool!!
Lauri was sending me searches each day that closely matched my criteria. She would drive me around everywhere to look at houses but none caught my eye. As soon as she saw this one pop up - she was on the phone to me telling me this was the one and boy was she right!
All other real estate people I have come into contact with just are not on the ball. Forget about anyone answering their cell after 5pm or on a weekend. Lauri is the exact opposite - She is ALWAYS available to you. Usually she is the one calling YOU. She answers the phone every time just about and if she doesn't and you leave a message I guarantee you she will be calling back as soon as she is available.
The last deal I did with Lauri was just this past June on my second house. I had to do a short sale and she walked me through every step of the way. She was on the phone with my lender - the negotiator - title - buyers agent. She got it done in record time! She calmed all of fears and answered all of my questions. She got the deal to close in record time for a short sale.
I have recommended many friends to her and she has always taken care of them like she took care of me. I will always recommend her to anyone who ever asks.
Lauri will Never drop the ball unlike so many other agents I have dealt with in the past.
