When the delivery day finally arrived, I was in Las Vegas to accept the delivery. The two delivery/assembly guys were just wonderful. Everything arrived in great condition and there were no problems at all. The quality of the furniture was really surprisingly good considering the economical cost. I only sent back one set of coffee tables because the wood finish wasn't as described. Adam helped me order a replacement of another set.
It was a big project - four bedrooms and three living areas - and the home will be rented some of the time, so the needs I had were specific and I was ELATED to only have to deal with one company and one person (Adam) for nearly all the furniture. It is a little scary to order items online - sight unseen! - but Adam was able to steer me in the right direction in terms of quality and durability.
If I have to replace furniture or add furniture in the future, I will go directly to Adam without question!
Delivery and set up went well. Like the last review, I was also a bit put off by the use of power tools to assemble some of the pieces, but I can understand if they are making several deliveries per day they have a need to be quick and efficient. We experienced no damage from the power tools, however we we did receive a dining room table that was damaged during shipping. The corner of the tabletop was slightly crushed. The delivery driver brought it to our attention after he set up. The process was the same as the other reviewer described, we took a picture and emailed to the company. They replaced the entire piece with a new one in a timely fashion (about a week) as soon as it was available including delivery, setup and take away of the original damaged piece. I would guess the last reviewer would also have received a new replacement for the chair (not just the leg) if they had emailed the picture.
We proceeded at a later date to purchase another set from them. Then months later yet another set all for different areas of the house. Each time we were very happy with the quality of the pieces, the delivery drivers called each time prior to delivery and set up was quickly completed.
We would certainly look to this company again if we were shopping for furniture.

Not at all, we realize this happens with shipping and delivery from the manufacturer to us and on to the end user. The reason we asked for the picture is because our manufactures will only replace the item for us if we send them a picture.
