It did not go well. He installed water heater without a pan under it. He did not run the special line outside of the house. He did not install straps you need to keep the water heater from falling over. On the toilet he was suppose to put white stuff around toilet instead he used glue and glued my toilet down to the floor. I asked him to check the flange and replace since it was old he did not. I do not think he even put a wax ring under the toilet. He turned my water off and demanded all of the money or he would not turn water back on. This was before he halfway finished job. Do not use this person. He is foul mouth and does not do what the customer wants. be careful of this person and company.
