I called Las Vegas plumber to diagnose and repair a chronically overflowing toilet at my elderly neighbor's house. By the time I called Las Vegas plumber out to repair the problem she had already spent $1,674 with the "Yes Man". Please feel free to read my review on the "Yes Man" for full details.
Las Vegas Plumber was able to diagnose the problem as an obstruction in the main sewer line of the house. Their technician spent some time running a snake through the main clean out in the yard which totally repaired the problem. They charged a fair price and took their time to diagnose and repair the problem properly.
I use Las Vegas Pumbing regularly for my rental properties and would absolutely recommend them.

I looked under the sink in our seldom-used guest bathroom and found that the handle for the cold water shut-off valve had corroded and fallen off. It wasn't leaking, but I didn't want to leave it that way. After reading reviews on Angie's List, I called Las Vegas Plumbing, Inc. I called before 8:00 am and reached their answering service. The woman took down my information and told me someone would return my call after the office opened at 8:00. I got a call back at about 8:20, and I explained the work I needed done. She said someone could come that morning, and she would call me within two hours to let me know when he on the way. I got a call at about 9:30, and Sean got to my house at around 10:00.
He removed his shoes each time he entered the house, which was nice. He looked at the broken valve and asked if I wanted both the hot and cold water valves replaced (I did) and recommended replacing the plastic supply lines with metal ones (I agreed). He got right to work and was finished in well under an hour. He was personable and worked quickly and efficiently, and the repair was done flawlessly. I love the new shut-off valves -- rather than the kind with the handles that you have to turn several rotations in order to turn the water off or on, these have a little lever that you only have to rotate about 1/4 turn.
I will definitely call Las Vegas Plumbing, Inc. the next time I need any plumbing work done.

I hired Las Vegas Plumbing as I had showerheads in the house that were leaking. "D" was punctual and arrived on time. He easily fixed the leaks and was very courteous and professional. He also worked quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the outcome.

I had 3 different techs and all of them were very friendly and nice. They did their job, cleaned up after themselves and were just all around great. I'll use them again for anything I need in the future as it relates to plumbing or gas line issues. Their call center was also very nice and prompt about getting back to me. I requested one weekend trip and they were very up front about extra costs. The pricing seemed very reasonable as well.

I can't say enough about this company! First of all, the ladies in the office are wonderful, very friendly and knowledgeable! I needed a plumber to come out and replace a kitchen faucet. It ended up needing to be "sawed" off because it was so rusted. Jared, was FANTASTIC!!!! He went above and beyond, took the time to explain what was going on and what causes it. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends.... so trustworthy!

Jared checked all the toilets and found the water levels were too high He adjusted all four toilets even though I only called about two of them. Everything was great until the next morning when one of the toilets wouldn't flush at all and another was running again and surging. I called them at 7 a.m. and Jared arrived about 9 a.m. at no extra cost. The toilet that wouldn't flush fixed itself before he arrived (isn't that always the way). The toilet that was running and surging needed a new rubber gasket. All is now well. I would highly recommend Las Vegas Plumbing and Jared especially to anyone in need of plumbing services.

The overall experience with this company was excellent. They responded to my Angie's list email promplty. They informed me that a tech will be arriving that day. The technician (Matt) was very professional, efficient, friendly and polite. He did an outstanding job in getting my toilet in proper working order. I would definitely use them again if needed. First off all I called another plumbing service who said they would send someone out to look at it. For three days they called back and said they got tied up and would come early the next day.(there still caling me and they don't know its already been fixed) Las Vegas Plumbing returned my call right away and said someone would be out in 35 min which they were. The Plumbers name was Matt, I'm a Sheet metal journeyman and I know a good machanic can make the most difficult job look easy, Matt is a exclent machanic, he had the coupler replaced in an hour and a half. No problem. Made it look as easy as spreading soft butter on toast.

After contacting Las Vegas Plumbing, they took our phone number & told us to wait for a call. This was 8 PM after a different plumber called to say he couldn't make it.
Matt called us & showed up when he said he would. He went the extra mile when it turned out a special connector failed. He went to the warehouse and spent about a 1/2 hour looking for a suitable replacement. He located an "almost" replacement he modified to fit. Returned and got everything working.

Casey arrived right on time and got to work immediately. He explained everything to me so I could understand what he was doing.The entire process took a little more time than we had anticipated because one of the toilets had roots that had grown through the wax ring and into the system. Overall, I'd say that he was done in about 2 hours. We won't hesitate to use Las Vegas Plumbing in the future for our plumbing needs. Casey was courteous and professional.

It went very well. The plumber came into the house looked at the problem, determined what he needed. Went back out to his van got what he needed came back into the house and fixed the leak. He replaced a shut off valve and put in some new copper piping. He was done in less than 30 minutes. I was very pleased with his service and the companies respond time. I had call another plumbing company and after waiting for 2 hours for them to tell me if they could come out or not I called Las Vegas Plumbing company and they had the plumber out here in about than an hour. I would use them again if I needed a plumbing company.

We are happy with the job they did and felt the price was reasonable (we had two other estimates, one higher, one lower). We liked the fact that Tom seemed to have experience and he also made some changes that we asked him to do.

I called and explained my problem. The receptionist was very responsive to my questions and said she would have someone available that afternoon to come look at it. I was called 20 minutes before the technician came to my home. He looked at the toilet and easily diagnosed the problem after just a few minutes. He made a recommendation for fixing it without trying to upselll, which I really appreciate. He was honest and hardworking and very professional. He took the old toilet out and installed a new one in a short amount of time. The bathroom was left clean and the bill was just what he said it would be. I i would hire this company again when I have a plumbing issue.
