Very smooth install, Travis and his team are awesome. Explained everything in detail from start to finish.

It was extremely great! I like Larson. They always tell me what are their recommendations are on the things that I will be needing for my compressor.

They did a good job! I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them again this Fall for the heating tune up!

Not good,still leaking

Within 10 minutes of him leaving the A/C goes off again. I called him back and asked him to come back out to recheck it and he said, the unit is 20 years old and there was nothing else he could do and that I needed to by a whole new system. So, I call someone else out the next morning and they said it was just over heated because I needed to clean out my vents. I was also told, (and already knew) that the unit was only 14 years old and I there was nothing wrong with the unit I have and that I did not need a new unit. They also informed me that he took out the 60 Amp and replaced it for a 40 Amp. I will never use these cheating ripoff people again nor recommend them to anyone. All they want is money and they don't even do the job! I give them a "F" Rating!!!

The technician, Tom, showed up right in the middle of the expected time frame of the appointment. He rapidly determined the cause of the malfunction and offered two options to correct it. I chose the second, longer duration, more expensive option.  The choices were clear and there was no pressure at all.  Within 30 minutes of the choice, the problem was corrected.  I am very satisfied with the speed of response to the call and the resolution of the problem.

We worked totally with Larson Air, for our home, our rentals, and our children's homes.  The last time we worked with them, we had bought a Groupon for the homes.  Our home worked out great, one rental that they knew was ours was great, however, 3 homes the worker wrote the exact same thing as being wrong.  Had them checked out by another company, nothing was wrong.  We haven't used then since!

No problem since. Had been thinking of replacing entire unit (14 years old) but seems to be working fine, so will hold off a while.

Maintenance call went fine without a problem.

they were extremely nice to be in my home and they did the work in hundred degree weather.

They charged a reasonable price and had very good customer service. They were very punctual and seemed to know their stuff.

The units are working fine, but I feel like they were working fine even before the repair.

We have been using Larson Air for years.  Our a/c system finally broke and needed to be replaced. We got some quotes from other companies and Larson provided the best price. They installed the new system that day, which was during a horrible heat wave we were having.  We were comfortable the rest of the summer.

They are fabulous. I have been using them for the last 5 years. They even showed up on a weekend at 8 at night. They were extremely prompt and have been able to repair the unit every time I have had a problem. They also have a guarantee for any parts that don’t work properly.
