Jay was a little later than originally scheduled, but he called to explain that he was running late because his helper had called in sick that day.  He apologized and asked if that was okay.  Things happen and a customer shouldn't expect more than a call to let him know that the service would be a little late.  Many businesses don't do that, so the call was much appreciated.  It turned out that Jay was only about 20 minutes later than scheduled and once he arrived, he was very efficient and did the job quite expeditiously.  I recommend Klean Co highly.

I have used Klean Co. for the last 3 years.  Jay has come out each time.  He is very friendly and pleasant to talk to.  As usual, he  left us with sparkling windows throughout the house.  I'm so lucky to have found such a good service.

We have used this company for window cleaning for about three years. This is a dependable company which does a good job at a reasonable price. We have referred this company to several other people who have utilized their services and were satisfied as well.

They arrived a bit late, but Ted had called to let me know they were running a little behind. Ted checked the windows of our 2-story house and gave me an estimate. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount, accepted their estimate, and Ted and Mario immediately set to work. In about an hour (maybe a little longer) they had cleaned inside, outside, screens, and tracks. They did a superb job. Our windows haven’t been this clean since they were installed.
They were both very friendly (Ted talkative, Mario quiet) and efficient. It was delightful having them in our home. I look forward to having them back.

I felt very comfortable with the gentleman that came who is the owner of the company. He was very thorough and very careful with everything making sure not to break anything. When he couldn't reach one quarter of one window, he didn't want to charge me for that window because he couldn't get the whole window. He made a quote and stuck to it. He wanted to charge me less because he missed that one spot. He was a highly honest and principled individual. I was at a neighbor's house and he came to clean their windows and I met him there. He was very nice and when he left I asked my neighbor how he did. They just leave their key there under the walk and he comes in and does the work. They are not even home. He has been working with them for years and he is very trustworthy. They don't even think twice about it. You don't do that with a lot of people these days. We would use him again in the future.

Klean Co Windows did an excellent job on my windows. They did a very careful and neat cleaning job and there were no spots or streaks on my windows. This was a small family owned business owned by Jay and Debbie Michaud. We have been using them for a long time now and they have very reasonable prices.
