The tech no showed and we were suppose to be their first call of the day. No response from text or email. Not interested in working with a non-professional company. Maybe their work is ok if they ever show up, idk.

This was the only company that answered the phone or that didn’t put me on hold & then hang up. She was very nice & needed to research information. She quickly called me back with the info I needed & info I didn’t know I needed. Unfortunately we we’re leaving town & she couldn’t get us a tech sooner than 4 days.

There is no sense of urgency with this firm. My refrigerator quit on May 25. They initially said they would be out on May 31 to look at it. After begging, they sent someone out on May 27. They didn't want to know the make, model or what was wrong. The repair guy (very nice guy) arrived on time on the 27th and spent 10 minutes here. He said had to order a part (a circuit board) and left. I heard nothing from them by June 1, so I called them. They said that they had to order two parts and that the second part wouldn't be in until June 7. I received a call today (June 6) to schedule an appointment on June 10 to remove the defective board to repair it, since the board was no longer available (the refrigerator is a ten year old Maytag). After begging (again), they promised to be out tomorrow (June 7). Tomorrow will be two weeks without a refrigerator and I still have no date on when it will be fixed. Curious on the availability of the board, I Googled the manual. There are two circuit boards in this refrigerator, a control board and a display board. Neither are cheap, but both seem to be readily available. In today's day and age there is no excuse for having to beg for responsive service and no excuse for waiting two weeks to find out the part is no longer available.

The technician showed up on time. After a very short examination of the ice maker, he correctly determined that there was no water flow to it. He did not check the water line. He made no further examination because, he said, he had not brought the tools to move the refrigerator. He demanded that I make an additional appointment to have the refrigerator removed and taken to his shop. He became argumentative when I refused, and demanded $75 for the service call. I paid him just to get him to leave. About $7 per minute.
This business has the same business address and business license as Home Appliances Services 24 7. This address appears to be a house in a residential neighborhood.

The representative was on time and diagnosed the problem. My home warranty company sent him and I paid the basic warranty charge and they paid the rest.
