Reception - Very thorough and knowledgeable people answer the phone. Maria helped us and she was great, attentive, clear, concise and completely detailed in all aspects. She was also very pleasant.
Timeliness - Showed up at the appointed time without any delay and called prior to coming.
Repair - They have diagnosed the issue and have parts on order from the manufacturer, as there is a default in one of the valve units and this is a special part.
They were quick, clean, professional and gave us good advise on other aspects of the cooktop and range hood that we had questions on.
