When I would talk to his employees when they were doing work for me, he would call me and be upset because I could not talk to his employess about what they were doing and what I wanted done. ??? He is NOT a friendly person, hard to deal with directly. After 10 years, I could not take it all anymore. I had to find another source.

He can do a good job -- BUT, he could be friendlier and stop charging more and more. He charged us $300 for changing a lawn water knob==we found out that it cost $5.00 and that other people would charge $45 for purchasing and installing. Excuse me???? --and he had done business for us for a long time--give us a break for being longtime customers. NO, he can't do that.
