I was quoted $75 on the phone.
I was told they'd arrive between 2 and 4:00 PM.  They showed up around 2:30 PM.  
They introduced themselves, were clean and polite.  (Eddie and Eduardo, which made it easy to remember their names.)
I showed them the job; they asked if I'd been given a telephonic quote.  I said "Yes.  $75.  Does that work for you now that you've seen the job?"  Eddie said "Yes."
They decided to come and go through the front door rather than through the garage.
They were recommended to me by my real estate agent.  My carpet is nine years old and I've only had it cleaned one other time.  I thought we would have to replace it before putting the house on the market, but my RE Agent told me to give Keystone Carpet Care a try first; that they are great at getting just about everything out of carpet; he has seen them get carpets cleaned that are far worse than mine.  He was right.  The carpets haven't looked this good in many years.
I paid them $75 cash, as well as a $10 tip each.
They started by protecting the corners of all of my walls, which I appreciated having just had the interior of my house painted two weeks ago.

We have used Keystone to have our carpets cleaned 1-2 time a year for the past 4 years.  They are always on time, work very quickly, give extra attention to higher traffic areas, and do a  great job.  At best the service men are friendly and personable and at the very least, they are still professional and efficient.

I have used Keystone for years and have been relatively happy with their work.  BUT lately their quality of service has been horrible.  I have rental properties and they have cleaned at least 5 of them, but I don't know who they are subcontracting to, but I would never use them again. Lately the people that come out only spread the dirt around and wants to charge you extra money to do what should be done in the original price.
They now come in asking if you want the standard cleaning or if you want them to do everything.  What the he--!  Give me what I'm paying for and their prices are not cheap!  The Office Manager is rude and condescending when you call in to complain, like you're not supposed to complain.  Also, they left a rusty tack strip on the kitchen floor and I stepped on it bare footed and had to get a shot!!!  She made excuses for them then too!
It's a crap shoot on who you will get as to whether they will be diligent or whether they just don't care.  Either way, I will never use them again.

They are prompt, courteous, and do a great job. Some of the highlights include the awesome extraction on the stairs. The carpet was a light tan/beige and just got dirty with wear, but no stains or damage - just dirty. The stairs came out so clean that there was no sign or any grey/brown from shoes and such that had been long set in. The BEST part is that their technique leaves these very cool patterns in the carpet. Instead of the typical triangles, these guys leave a ribbed swoosh, almost like repeated S shapes. Very cool and effectively helps bring the carpet fibers back to spring up and be fluffy and not matted down.

They came the same day I called, gave an estimate, completed job professionally. I highly reccommend  and will use again.

We received a panic call from our tenant that the toilet was overflowing and that the carpet was soaking wet and that sewer water had entered the living room.  Keystone Carpet Services has personnel on the property within 20 minutes and removed that carpet and pad, baseboards, some of the sheet rock that got wet plus all the water.  The sprayed an antibacterial agent where needed because of the sewer water that entered the unit.  All their personnel are "clean trust" certified and able to satisfy the requirements of handling a category three water loss. 

Their prices are very reasonable and they do incredible work.

I called for an estimate on carpet repair and stretching the area. They were able to come that day, gave me the estimate and did the work all on the same day.

There was a carpet seam in a home we own but do not occupy.  They were great and easy to work with by working with our renters on availability and working with us on the billing.  I thought that their price on the repair was very fair.  Extremely easy to work with and communicate with and I will definitely keep them in mind for future carpet repair needs.

We use Keystone regularly and always receive outstanding service. They are always able to meet our schedule (even though we live across the valley in Summerlin) and are prompt and efficient upon arrival. Carpets look and remain beautiful after completion. Furniture and wall corners are protected from potential soiling or damage. A crew of two performs the service. We prefer a technician named Hector but experienced the same level of service the one time he was unavailable. We made the mistake of trying a dry chemical cleaner once - no comparison to the results we get with Keystone.

We bought a bank-owned home and the condition of the carpet was not great. The two gentlemen who arrived to clean our carpet were very professional and did an excellent job. The carpet really came back to life. They not only cleaned, they also voluntarily repaired a bleached out area, dying it to match and helping us avoid a costly replacement. They also worked extra h****** some pet damaged areas and gave good advice on handling any residual problems in that spot. We have since used their services again with equally pleasing results.

I think they are professional and on time. They do great spot treatments so they can get out specific stains. I have never been disappointed.

I called 6 or 7 carpet cleaners from Angie's List and Keystone was the first to actually answer my call. I was in a crunch for time because it was late morning and I had my movers coming the next morning, when I found my new house hadn't been cleaned yet! The lady that answered was so nice, when I explained this, requesting a same day appointment if possible. After placing me on a brief hold, she came back with great news! She had 2 guys willing to come that afternoon, at no extra charge. The 2 young men arrived on time, did a nice job, my whole house smelled great, and my carpets were dry by the time the movers came the next morning!

Scheduled a couple a days ahead. Guys did a great job.

They are very good, and they are competitively priced. They offer exemplary service, and I will continue to use them.

They were on time, friendly, professional and did an excellent job. They moved furniture that needed moving, which many companies refused to do. They placed corner guards on all walls, and blocks under furniture so it could dry. I have used them several times and recommend them highly.

Keystone has very good people. They do great work and always are pleasing. This particular job went extremely well. They charged a reasonable fee and did exactly what they was expected to do. Everything turned out really well. They are very thorough and very good.
