I found my dream rental and finally had to move because of this company. They were awesome in the beginning. Once the lease was signed, it all changed. The only word they seem to know is "no" They won't budge an inch on anything. They make demands and that's the way it is. They even raised my rent during COVID. Half the city isn't even paying their rent, I did. My reward is higher rent and "no" to any attempts to work something out. And of course, they try to keep most of my security deposit. Even though I spent a week cleaning the place. That's how they roll.

We were VERY disappointed with this company and would never recommend renting from them! From the move in date, when they messed up the time to meet us at the house and then tried to blame it on us, even though I showed them emails showing when we were to get the property, to having no gas and water, and them blowing this off, as if we could live in a house with no water service, they were unprofessional the whole time we rented through them. On that first date, they didn't understand why I was upset that it was a Friday afternoon and we had no utilities, which were supposed to have been left on from the homeowners, and didn't understand why I said the house was uninhabitable until utility services were available. When we tried to be proactive and say that the wind was destroying a tree in the front yard and it needed to be anchored better and it took them over a month to respond, they clearly weren't invested in protecting the home owners investment either. Avoid them at all costs!
