+ -1 moreWe received 5 separate bids and Kennedy was extremely competitive. We felt they seemed competent and knowledgable and were very glad that we used them. They were prompt, curteous and efficient. We are very happy with our room and would absolutely use them for another project and recommend them!
Description of Work: Kennedy Construction built our open den into a closed off bedroom with closet. They tore down the existing pony walls, put in walls (structure, drywall, texture) and painted to match our existing home. They also installed a closet.

+ -1 moreThey have not done the work for me yet, but, I am going to use them for this project. Their price is also very good. He is throwing in a lot of extras that the other guys didn't and is just really personable. He also has a lot of good ideas, didn't ask for any money upfront and gave me good references. It has been a good deal so far.
