I’ve used them ever since. I’ve been using them for two years now. They come out every two weeks. Sometimes they are busy on Mondays. I don’t have a weekend schedule because sometimes their weekend is so full. Everybody wants to have their lawn done on Fridays. So, Mondays are fine. They are always prompt. They’ve never missed a mow. They’re polite. When I do see them, they would say “Hi.” They are really quick. He’s in and out here for like 15 minutes. I wouldn’t say I have an expensive yard.

They came out within a week after purchase of the big deal. The serviceman wasn't happy about coming all the way to Henderson but the deal was already purchased. He did a great job though. It didn't take a long time to do and I stood there and watched him do it. He was very nice about it. The price was good. He knew what he was talking about and he knew his job.

It turned out well but I don't know if I would use them again. We had asked for rock we put in in the back and what had happened is that he went and gut small rocks we had asked for and I just felt that the charge was a little bit high. He came for like 3 months because he was in South America at that point and that's why we had a difficulty getting a hold of him. He had hired somebody else to do the job. If he just does it by himself then it would have been a little different. In terms of pricing, his original was fine but the added one was not and I thought it was a little bit cheaper.

It took several phone calls to set up the appointment, and the gentleman was severely late. In fact, he called me an hour after he was due to arrive letting me know he was en route, but he didn't arrive until three hours after that point. I was so upset at this time that I didn't allow them to do the backyard as we had intended.

Ken came out right on time to take a look at my lawn to aerate it. It may not be the biggest lawn but it is still grass...and I wanted to keep it as green as possible! The biggest problem is actually the size which is a scant 15 x 30 area with a planter on 2 sides and I worried if he could get his equipment in and be able to turn and do a decent job. He assured me that the process would really benefit the lawn as i have 2 large dogs that enjoy the grass and maneuvering wouldn't be all that difficult. He brought the aerator into the yard and 15 minutes later he was done. The plugs that were left behind dissolved as he said and the water was now penetrating down deeper which allowed me to water less! Ken aw helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable.

The provider was in and out of the backyard so fast that we were not 100% sure if he had fertilized the lawn. He did not ring the doorbell to let us know he was there to provide the service, just went straight into the yard. I understand that at the "Big Deal" rate he was probably trying to be efficient, but we were not impressed with the overall level of service delivery. Could have earned a new customer, but instead we'll only use that provider the one time for the Big Deal.

He came about a month ago and I paid him to clean up my smaller sized yard. Also I wanted him to plant a couple of shrubs. He was supposed to come once a month, not weekly. Well he never showed up so my wife called him and he had a very bad attitude with her. But we had him come out anyway. He showed up and I went outside to speak to him. I let him know that I needed a tree trimmed up and he said he didnt have the proper equipment with him to trim the tree back. I felt like he knew he was there to do a yard clean up and I didn't understand why he wouldn't have brought the correct tools. So I told him that I didn't need his services at all. He spoke very rudely to my wife and he shows up unprepared.

"The 1 time clean up was 3 months ago not a month because I havn't worked all summer.So she called 3 months later and said she had wanted a monthly service and I said fine.I didn't say why did you wait 3 months to call if you wanted a monthly service.The monthly service is triming a few plants and blowing out the yard not planting plants and triming 30 foot Palms. If she would have said what she wanted done on the phone I would have sent someone else out I don't cut large palms myself. AS for the bad attitude when you drive 45 minutes and waste 10.00 in gas for stupid people yes I'm not over joyed. Does anyone think your going to work all day at someones yard for 50.00"

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. He was very curt on the phone. He made me feel that I was intruding in his life. Maybe he was having a bad day. I wouldn't be quick to recommend him but he did come out quickly and got the job done. It was very inexpensive so the price was very good. The quality was fine because you can't go wrong with aerating. He came when I wasn't home. There is a possibility that I would use him again.

Lawn aeration was performed, but fertilizing was not. I purchased this same package last year (2012) and I didn't 'think' that the lawn had been fertilized so I paid closer attention this time around and I am certain that the fertilization didn't take place even though the offer stated it was included. That said, it costs $60 to rent an aerator from Lowe's for 4 hours so the 3 hours it would take me to pick up the aerator, aerate the lawn and return the aerator all while spending an additional $25 to do the work myself makes the $35 price tag for this offer well worth it (even without the fertilization).

"Yes in the deal it says it includes fertilizer but that was put in without my approval and I don't fertilize.Like you said it cost 65.00 to rent it and for 35.00 it's a good deal.Also I only get 17.50 for the job so if I did fertilize I would only make about 5.00.I usually charge 65.00 to areate because I know you have to pay that much to rent it and if you don't have a truck you have to rent the truck also. For what it's worth there won't be any more deals but I'll aerate lawns for 65.00"

He came , measured and gave me an estimate actually several based on how much planting I would want. Valuable to me because I needed to do more research and planning. I am still working on my choices, Overton o desert landscaping Not just rocks is very detailed.

They were prompt and they completed the job in a relatively quick time. I hope that they could possibly run across the lawn with the aerator a little bit more. Other than that, they were fine.
