They finally make it out a week and half later, and I show the repair man the windows I need fixed. He pulls out the part and writes down the number, I take him into the other room and he repeats the process writing down the parts number. Five minutes.
Two weeks later and they finally get the parts (only after I call them) and schedule. My first dumb move: I paid in advance - I beg you, do not do this.
They finally come to the house to fix. My second dumb move: It was while I was at work, only the wife was home. Well, the technician only has parts for one window, and says that's all I wanted fixed, they didn't even order parts for the second window. A five minute repair but they charge a full hour.
Naturally, I call up Taylor at the company and let her know I'm furious. She says she'll look into it. When she calls back, she says that all I wanted fixed was one window, and when I ask if she talked to the original estimator she says he claims to only have looked at one window. A flat out lie.
BUT, they'd be willing to come out again - AND it would cost another $120 labor. That right, if they had gotten it right like I had asked, it would have cost me $16 more in parts and no more labor. Now, it's another $120.
Were they willing to come out and spend five minutes and charge me just for the parts? NO.
Did they offer to cut me a deal because of their mistake? NO.
Were they willing to scam me out of another $120 labor charge? YES!!
Unbelievable that in this day and age a professional company like this still exists. It's absolutely no hit at all to send out a guy to spend five minutes to fix a PR problem because of confusion with a customer. If this company cared one bit about your business or their own reputation they would have fixed this in a heartbeat.
But this business wants nothing but your money, and if it's a small job - It Ain't Enough! Stay Away!!!
They were very punctual and friendly. They knew exactly what the problem was and what pieces were needed. They happen to have the pieces on them so they went to work on it at that time! I was pleasantly surprised how fast and efficient they were. They said it was such an easy fix that they didn't even charge me. There are so many companies in Las Vegas that are rip-off artists. These guys are the real deal. Pleasant, professional, honest, punctual, reliable.....I can't say enough nice things about them. I would recommend them to anyone. They were awesome. If there are any problems with windows needing to be replaced or anything else that this company does for their service, I am most definitely going to be calling them. They have my business for life. Thanks for showing that there are still good companies in Las Vegas and for being so professional! Good customer service is not dead after all!
