Keith's Pest Control LLC

We started out a little slow getting our wires crossed.  I will say Keith did everything to make it right.  He promised to come back the next month (even thought I'm doing bi-monthly) for free to get me a really good start (new construction).  He kept his promise.  Very happy with the service.

My yard is Pest free. We have set up a schedule of every other month. I was very impressed.

So far so good, the traps that remain are still catching the outdoor roaches which got in.  The throw away traps work wonderful and will be calling for the follow up treatment today.  Highly recommend!!!!

Keith is obviously an expert on extermination and bug control.  We learned so much from him.  We signed up for routine spraying every other month.  Keith spent about 2 hours with us going over his chemicals, searching for bugs and actual spraying.  Don't know of too many companies that would do the same.  He never criticized other companies, just told us what he could do.  We really appreciated that.

They are good. Great service. Highly recommend them.

Kieth has obviously been in the pest control business for many years, and he has tremendous experience. If you retain Keith's pest control, please take the time to walk with him when he does his magic. You will learn many things about bugs, pests, pest control, and things that can be done to control pests.

Keith came by on a Saturday --- and said to call him on Sunday to ensure all the ants were gone. We had a few straggler ants on Sunday that weren't quite dead yet. The theory was that the ants eat the poison bait and take it back to the colony to kill all colony.  Keith offered to come out on Sunday to put down more bait - but our community doesn't allow contractors in on Sunday's.  Keith offered (and did) come out at 7 AM on Monday morning to put down more poison bait. 

Our price was a bit higher than average because we have a large home and large lot.  I am very happy with Kieth's responsiveness and will have him back every other month to ensure the pests stay away.  We also are having a his crew come out to put up some spikes to deter pigeons.

It has gone very well with him over time. He is a very honorable business man.

Called several agencies, but Keith's was the only one to give me a price and they did the job for less than the estimated amount. Keith is a great guy with a lot of experience. He gave me the full rundown on the why and how of the process. He even provided information on poisons, but he recommended against it.

Keith is GREAT! This guy knows his stuff! A very likable guy who gets the job done. When I 1st bought my house there was knowledge that there was a bug problem; all over the kitchen! I was hesitant to buy this house because of was I saw, but KEITH was the man for the job. He explained every problem and species in detail and had the solution to KNOCK 'EM OUT! I have yet to see ANY bugs back as Keith is now scheduled every 2 months to continued service. Reccomend a friend for a discount too!

Their availability seems to be very good. It is kind of a "one man show". They come out religiously once a month, and then we get our invoice in the door.
