Everything was excellent from start to finish. Luis is very conscientious about the quality of the work, and everyone did an amazing job. We are thrilled at how beautiful our house looks.

I arranged for KC Home Improvement to do repairs and maintenance on two occasions and both times exceeded my expections. KC Home Improvement was selected based on the many excellent reviews, there is a good reason for the high ratings. The work was completed on schedule on consecutive days with no time in between. The owner Luis answered my questions in a simple and straightforward and delivered on the work as promised. I was looking for a good contractor for some time and would not hesitate to call on Luis and KC Home Improvement in the future.

Luis and KC Home Improvement was the very first to reach out to give us an estimate. There was very good communication and all of the crew were courteous and efficient. The paint on the house matched perfectly—4 different colors. Our 1800+ sq ft home took a total of 3 days to get done—1 day pressure washing and 2 days painting. Would definitely hire again. Competitive pricing and they take several forms of payment (possible discounts for cash since these mom & pop companies get charged outrageous credit card fees).

Luis has done 3 projects for me and I will continue hiring him back. He has his team come ASAP to get the work done. If the work is not up to Luis’s standards, he will have his team redo it. Luis is very professional and responsive which is unlike so many contractors out there. I really appreciate a thorough contractor!

I had my casita repainted in the interior repainting walls including the closet. I also had a few minor repairs on the walls before the painting started. My casita was painted in a day and I was super excited with how everything turned out. I would totally hire KC Home Improvement again for all my painting projects.
