Real Estate Service
The real state agent that sold our home was Kathy Sallis. She was just great. She kept us well informed during the whole process and was able to sell it for the full amount we had listed it for. I ended up listing my home for 5 months decided to take it off the market for one month. I then put it back on and the very next day someone had called and wanted to buy it. I was surprised that she was able to move it as fast as housing is just not moving right now, but she did. I am really not sure what she charged me for doing this but it was at fair market value.
