Everything looked gorgeous when they were done. He was very knowledgeable and receptive to what I needed. He gave a broken down bill so I knew what the expenses were and he even changed out the doors with all new hinges throughout the house. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

Anything I need, he is able to do. He is very quick to respond, and gets the work done right away. I am in Cleveland and he works on properties I manage in Las Vegas. He has been a great resource.

Juan has been servicing our home for almost 5 years. He is awesome. Always friendly and professional. The pricing is extremely fair and reasonable. Additionally, he is accommodating with my husband and my work schedules and communicates via phone, text, and email making it convenient to schedule appointments. In addition to this most recent job, Juan and his assistant have repaired cabinets, installed curtains and rods, installed sliding door blinds, replaced 2 toilets, resolved shower leaks, fixed ceiling fans and more! He always gives us a free estimate and then completes the work in record time. The thing we like best is that he has great ideas and works with you. This particular job, I showed him a photo from pinterest that I liked and he was able to rework the idea to fit our space. He even explained some practical reasons why we should place the shelves a specific way. Although Juan was referred to us through a co-worker and not Angie's list, my husband and I were so pleased with this last job that I had to come on here and tell everyone about how amazing he is. Juan is awesome. He's honest, reliable and easy to work with. If you're looking for a good gut to fix things for you, Juan is your man. He openly shares what he can and can not do and he's a good about only recommending people he's comfortable with. As Vegas natives we appreciate finding others that treat customers like family.

The work was all right. We had to call them back twice to fix mistakes, but they came out and fixed them. I wish we wouldn’t have had to call them back out. I wish they had done it all right in the beginning, but eventually they came and fixed it. He kind of gave us a hard time about asking him to fix stuff that should have been done right the first time. The workers he used were very messy though. We were doing kind of a major remodel in our house. We were living in the back half of the house, and they were working in the front half. Each night I could say they left big buckets of water all over the floor, a bunch of dirt and dust and drywall mud that they had dropped on the floor. He actually didn’t do any of the work. He brought some workers in that didn’t even speak English, and he handed out the assignment for the day and then he would leave. We couldn’t communicate with the workers the whole day. He would come back at the end of the day, and he would inspect stuff.

He is one of our go-to guys and he was referred by another vendor of ours. He is great and he is one of the ones we use most of the time. He is one of the most dependable vendors we have. He is fair priced and honest. I would recommend to anybody. In fact, I pretty much do recommend him to everybody.
