Drew delivered a thorough report and managed to do it in our rather tight time window. We'd hire him again.

Drew was great. He was there on time, very friendly, and did a thorough inspection. He walked through every detail with us at the house. He gave us extra info about the local company who manufactured the windows and doors, and made sure we knew what he felt was important to follow up on before purchasing the house.

We received an emailed inspection report with photos and great detail within 24 hours of the inspection. We emailed a couple of questions which received prompt and helpful answers.

Drew arrived right on time, he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He went right to work and did an extremely thorough job. He identified everything from as minor as a missing door guide to a light switch that didn't work. He spent extra time answering all of our questions, pleasantly explaining not on what was wrong, but why it was wrong. He searched the house from the roof to the foundation. His prior experience in construction really came through as he knew how things should be done and current code requirements. He even spent extra time explaining how the pool equipment operated when we told him we had never owned a house with a pool. His price was very fair, and in keeping with the market, and we certainly got our money's worth. This is the third house we've purchased and he was by far the best inspector we've used.
