JL Flooring contacted us immediately. They arrived promptly to inspect the project and gave us a reasonable quote. On day of service, they arrived on time, did over and above our expectations in the quality of their work. The two man crew was respectful, and hardworking. They left the finished work area much tidier than they found it. It was a comfortable, experience. We will use them in the future and recommend them to the neighbors.

Luis did some amazing work for me, i was worried at first as I have had many bad experiences, but he more then came through. I am a very demanding client and his work is exceptional and absolute perfection. I dont think he himself realizes how talented he is, very detail orientated. Will deff be using again.

Luis completed two repairs on my spa/waterfall feature to the pool. Luis responded first, gave a good estimate, and scheduled me in next. Even though it was a relatively small/short time repair, he was timely and professional. Very tidy (put plastic around repair so as not to cause a mess in the pool). Also, gave a fair price and even adjusted in according to his time spent so as not to overcharge me...very honest of him.

Very impressive work, ... the shower bench tiles i needed to be replaced had actually been installed at an angle that allowed water to pool in the back -- the team actual realigned the tiles so they slanted downward to allow for proper drainage and added beveling to the grout for a better look and all-around improvement in addition to merely repairing the loose grout. They also called immediately after I sent an email inquiry and were able to complete the job within days at a reasonable cost. All in all, I can't imagine a smoother, better transaction. Recommend very highly.
