Jay first went to the house to give us an estimate. A few days later when the lock arrived his office called and set up the time for installation. Jay arrived very promptly and went right to work. He worked very smoothly and thoroughly and explained to us what he was doing. We were very pleased with him and with the work he did. He was very knowledgeable about glass works.
Description of Work: Our glass sliding door needed to have a panel with a doggy door removed. We no longer wanted the doggy door. Jay installed a manufacturer's lock which was special ordered. He replaced rollers on the bottom with new ones requiring the doors to be removed first. He cleaned the track before installing the doors. He provided space to aid in insulation between the doors.
