He is very reliable and does good work. He is very affordable. He will call me the weekend before he comes out to make sure he has a day that works for me. He is very professional, cordial and courteous.

Jim cam in and answered questions we had. He uses hospital grade chemicals that are non-toxic to animals, pets an prego women when dry. He uses the minimum amount to get the job done, keeps the price down. I like it also because I don't want a lot of chemicals in my house. He was done it ten and we saw results the next day. DIE ROACHES, DIE!

Jim is very pleasant to deal with and the service he provides is top-notch. We almost never had any trouble with pests, and if we did see any, they were already or almost dead! I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

Jim The Bug Man has been very courteous about calling and checking with us before they came out. They have always been on time, and have not had a problem with bugs since they came out and sprayed. I have been using them for 20 years and have been very satisfied with them.

Jim The Bug Man did a great job of preventative spraying. We haven't had any problems with pests since he sprayed. I do think that his price was very reasonable, however I would rather not discuss any pricing.
