They show up and they do a good job. They are little bit expensive but at the same time you get what you pay for. They are nice guys. They showed up and they fixed the window. My window still works. Price is average.

This was our first time using J&J Glass. Our project was a full gut master bathroom remodel. Contacting them was very easy and Juan came out at our agreed date and time to give us an estimate for mirrors, glass shower walls with doors, and steam shower glass door. Juan was prompt, knowledgeable and prepared with samples for us to look at. We received our estimate with drawings promptly from Billy. When the time came for measuring, Paul was also very knowledgeable. He even gave us a suggestion for our shower walls to go to the ceiling which we ultimately did. We also purchased Hydroshield surface coating for our glass and it really works - keeping the glass clean is very easy. Installation of glass walls, doors and mirrors by Paul and Carlos took a few days.

Our glass and mirror installation has made our bathroom look airy and modern which was our ultimate goal. We are very happy with our experience with the professional team at J&J Glass and we would use them again.

They responded immediately and came and took all measurements necessary. We designed the leaves we wanted on the glass and they transformed the artwork to a suitable format for sandblasting. When the glass came in, they scheduled installation right away and it is far more beautiful than we had ever imagined. They did the installation, were very clean, polished all the glass and explained the coating that was on it to protect it. and any additional coatings we may want in the future. Excellent work and great care to be sure we were happy with the outcome. Highly recommend them.

We purchased a mirror from J & J Glass that had to be cut and custom installed. On the first visit, they came out and measured the area and cut a mold. When the mirror we ordered arrived, they cut it to the mold. At the scheduled appointment time, they came with the mirror and installed it. They were very meticulous, explained what they were doing, was professional and pleasant. I would use them again!

Cost was right, they arrived on tiime, and performed well.

The 3 of July came and went I had a house full of guests who all had to share a bath because J and J glass failed to complete work by the time they committed to. I called several times and just got a run a round and never spoke with the owner who came out to do the estimate and took 700 dollars deposit. I called send emails and received no response. Finally on the 7th of July I sent email threatening to write a review on angies list they called and were very brief and said we will be there tomorrow and hung up with no explanation or apology. The next day the technician showed and said it would take 3 hours for installation and was done in one and a half. The shower doors look akward the glass seems short and water leaks out everywhere. 
When I called them initially I explained that if they could not be done by the 3rd of July that I would not contract them and that was the greatest stipulation other than making sure that the installation was done correctly since we just went thru h*** re mediating a 12K water mold leak issue. Then invested 10K on gorgeous bathroom remodel. The glass work is substandard to the stone baths, it looks cheap, water leaks and the glass in one shower is very unstable, almost dangerous. I'll post pics later but to explain, there is a 6 foot piece of glass adjacent to the door which is only anchored to the floor and the wall on the right side. The whole left side parralel to the door sways dangerously at the slightest bump. Seems like there should be a cross member holding the door and panel. For safety. There is a two and a four year old child they did not seem at all concerned about being late or the quality of work. I am surprised they are on angies. And that some businesses actually get away with that. I am going to make a formal complaint with the contractors board. I just hoped for a clean safe and seamless glass install.

J&J Glass fabricated and installed a frameless shower door in my new shower.  Juan came out to give me my estimate and I was pleasantly surprised by the price and by his friendly, yet professional, demeanor.  The door was completed within the time frame promised and within the estimate.  The installer (Paul, I think) did a great job.  It looks fantastic.  J&J also assembled and installed some mirrors, which also turned out nice.  I would not hesitate to use this company again and I've already recommended them to a friend.

Arrived on time for initial estimate and answered all of our questions.  Came back for a final measurement, took a deposit, and placed the order.  Came out the next week, installed, and cleaned everything up.  Looks wonderful!! Prompt, friendly, and very professional.  Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future as needed.

Juan was courteous and did an awesome job fixing our sliding door.  I liked that he explained in detail what needed to be done.

Tenant was very pleased with the work done and the quick response from the company.

We returned home Sunday afternoon to find that someone had broken into the house by throwing a rock through the kitchen window, leaving a hole in a large pane of glass (half the window), through which the intruder reached and unlocked the window.  After dealing with the police, I checked Angie's list and found J&J Glass, the listing for which said 24 hour emergency service.  I called and a live person, Juan, answered the phone. He was most helpful, and when we called him back with the window measurement, he gave us an estimate, and we set up an appointment for the following day (we had boarded up the window).  He gave us a two hour time frame.  Shortly into the time frame, the technician called and said he was coming from the other side of town and would be there in 20-30 minutes.  He arrived when promised and replaced the glass.  The price was exactly the amount quoted by phone.

Arrived late. He said that he tried to call to notify me, but that my line was busy. [Maybe - maybe not] Removing a stationary window is not an easy task. It would have lessened my anxiety if they had explained the process beforehand. As it was I watched while he assaulted the window with a mallet and 2x4. He also had to bend the frame in order to free the window from the track. After reinstalling it, having to use the mallet & 2x4, and straightening the frame as best he could I will need to repaint a portion of the frame and the stucco adjacent to the window.

J and J Glass did a great job of replacing our window as it opens and closes properly. I called them and they showed up the next day with everything they needed to replace the window. I did think that the price was a bit steep and it did take them a little bit longer than I thought it would, but I am satisfied with them overall.
