J & S Lawn Maintenance LLC

I noticed this First Service of Residential hired this J&S Lawn Maintenance to come out and cut hedges to the property and when this guy came to my property, he messed up having all debris sweeping into my home and I asked if he could blow sweep away the ones on the walk as other people in the past have done for me and this guy said 'no' which was quite rude so I asked for his name and then came back to ask for the number to call Poncho and said he will have him do that but I never saw it done and they left for the day.

They are a Mexican family and some are not English speaking but language has never been a problem.  They know what needs to be done and they just do it better and for much less than the competition!  Anything from a major "clean up" to designing and creating a new landscape for you or improving and maintaining your existing landscaping better and for less than you're used to paying!!  Also, whenever something extra needs to be done, like a plant needs to be replaced, you can pick the replacement up at your nursery, set the pot where you want it on the day they come for maintainanance and it's done, no extra charge.

I've been using them for over two years and I've got no complains. They are here regularly when they are supposed to be and they do what they are supposed to do. My lawn looks good and my shrubs look good and that'a all I care about. The demeanor of the staff is also excellent.

They are wonderful. We have them come to our home five or six days a week. They do a lot of really good work for a reasonable price. They are very professional and keep our property looking great.

HOA is a 30-year old community with mature landscaping - and we have had many landscaping companies taking care of the property over the years. Jand S has been our landscaping company for the past three years. Jand S is the best landscaping company we have ever hired. The property is maintained in excellent condition. Prices are very competitive. When problems surface, Jand S quickly and creativelyt solves the problems. They are professional, very industrious and honest. After working with many substandard landscaping companies over the years - it was a pleasure to find a company that takes pride in doing high quality work.
