Everything good. We first used IPT when the builder ordered and installed the wrong grout color (white for a terra cotta colored tile.). The builder offered to color and seal the tile grout and we accepted the resolution. Was the best solution and the grout remained clean and unstained while we lived in that house. For new house, we had a silicon sealer applied to the tile grout. The same effect lasted approximately five years. They arrived on time, explained the process and expected results. No mess left behind.
