Instant Air was on site within 2 hours of my call. The price they quoted me for the exact same unit and services of a local (national) company was half the price. Instant Air performed the work the next day with the utmost professionalism and integrity. It will be my pleasure to recommend them to friends and family.

I've been with them for about 8 years. They are professional. They do these things at a club price type of thing. It usually takes I would guess a half hour.

We've been with them for quite some time. They do a spring and a fall check on the air conditioning and heating. They're a good outfit. I belong to a club with them. You can rely on them. They are very courteous. You always talk to a person when you call. They are punctual and their prices seem reasonable to me. They're just all around good people.

They had to come back a couple of times to repair some things. I would consider them. They had to come back twice for the repairs after the initial install but they were very courteous and very quick to come back and fix the issues that I found. I was happy that they were willing to stand by their work.

It went great. It was the ignitor and Anthony replaced in minutes and had the heater pumping out hot air. Very helpful and was very concerned about children in home. That meant a lot to my family.

The owner called me after I posted my original review and he did send a crew out to take care of the patchwork and also to make sure everything was installed and working correctly. This crew really seemed to know what they were doing and I was pleased with their work and professionalism. The noise from the compressor is better as a result, but I think it is still louder than what I wanted and louder than the other unit I have from the same manufacturer, but that is on the manufacturer. I would give this business another chance as the owner did genuinely appear to want to provide good service and quality. He has a few people that need some better training, but we all know that good help is hard to find.

Bad. Nearly $800 in repairs. AC still didn't work. Called them back & they said need a new AC unit. Quote: $10,000. Got a second opinion. Second opinion tech found that Instant Air tech had applied foil to electronics in AC unit to short out the system...second opinion quote for new AC unit $5000. We went with them, to fix the "foil trickery" Instant air did to our AC unit. Now instant air refuses to give refund for their non-working, unnecessary parts.

"We have a signed invoice that the work was done to your satisfaction dated (9/12/16). You called us a month later stating that you wanted a refund on parts that another contractor had already removed. Once the other contractor removed the parts, they were no longer under warranty with Instant Air. I assure you that we (including my techs Ruben and Miles) would never do the things that you claim we did. We pride ourselves on doing things the proper [Member Information Removed] even if it means that we loose out on business when another contractor cuts corners to low ball a quote."

I called around 9am and Tony came out around 10 am. My upstairs thermostat was not working. He fixed the furnace and then checked every thing out. He was done in about an hour. Very polite and professional. I will definitely call them again. Actually I plan on having them check out the AC in the Spring.

Tony and his team came out and did everything he explained he would do and more. They stayed on Christmas eve and made sure we everything was the way it was supposed to be. We had heat and they really gave us a blessing so we could enjoy our christmas

When i called they were very proffestional and polite,Tony arrived on time and explained everything he was going to check for, it turned out to be my thermastat was bad, he told me the price and worked with me with all my opitions. I would defently use this company in the future.
