Infinity Heating and Cooling

Awesome. Gave me a great estimate, Hired Infinity to do the work. Work was completed on time and it only too 6 hours. New unit with all of the best equipment. System works great. After getting 11 estimates (looking for best price and honest service. I chose Infinity. Could not be happier. Best price and best service in Las Vegas of a/c unit with furnace. Start here so that you do not have to waster your time with others trying to make their entire living for one job.

We recently installed 2 whole house air cleaners. One unit on each HVAC unit. Infinity gave me options, quoted a fair price, and I got quality work that took about 4 hours to install. The 'Aprilaire' air cleaners work great, and they made the process easy.

I received four proposals, and Infinity was about one-third lower than the more expensive offers. The owner of this family owned business met with us, explained all of our options, gave understandable answered all of our questions, and did not push any single option on us. We set a date to start work, but at the last minute we had to delay the start of work. They were very accommodating and got us in at the beginning of the next day. The job went very well. The four member team arrived on time with all of the components, supplies, tools, extra parts and cleaning/protective materials that might be needed to do the work. They were very efficient and professional in completing the job. All of the team members were very considerate and patient in answering our questions, explaining what they were doing and how the new system will work.

Everyone was very friendly and professional on the phone and in person. The tech was very polite and professional. I will definitely use them again!

Richard was wonderful! He was on time and very professional. He explained about the system, and checked it out. He went out of his way to be kind and helpful. He did not charge me for the visit, despite the expense of his time and expertise. This is  a family run business that insists on high quality and performance. I would highly recommend Infinity Heating and Cooling, and I will use them for all of our heating and cooling needs in the future. They have a customer for life! You cannot go wrong with these people!

I made an appt for 0600 the following morning due to the A/C going out at 8pm at night - in the middle of JULY!. The tech showed up a few minutes early (thankfully!) and was finished within a few hours. I would recommend : Infinity Heating and Cooling to everyone I know. Very Professional, very knowledgable and quick on the job!!  It's been a month - and still running cool!!  Two thumbs up for these guys!

.We called Infinity as one of the possibilities from Angie's List.  Though they had a minimum of "A's" we went with Richard based on the overall attentiveness and care he took to make sure we were satisfied with the work he would do and the estimate offered. 
On 4/16, he and his workers worked all day and completed everything.  They worked cheerfully but hard.  They made sure to cover the area and floor leading from outside, and left it clean at the end.  There was only one mishap---it was a tight fit for them to go up into the attic space with the large unit which accidentally slipped and dented a closet door; unfortunately,  it was just enough of a dent that it couldn't be patched up ---but Richard made sure the door was paid for and replaced by him in a timely manner.
 Richard seemed to me to respect his workers, and he was respectful to us in that he made sure things were being done to our satisfaction.
The system works very well now; we can tell a big difference in the effectiveness of air flow throughout the house.  We are ready for summer!
We have the other half of our house to attend to.  We will definitely use their services next year for that job.  Thanks, Richard!

Richard is honest, reliable and is an advocate for his customers. He is thorough and very clear in explaining reason for repair=tries to save his clients money and keep costs low!
