A happy customer is a repeat customer. Those are words that every successful business owner should live by. Those words along with the actions behind them appear to be at the very core of how James and Joel conduct their business at Infinity Epoxy. Infinity installed the epoxy coating on the garage floor of our first home here in Henderson back in 2012. It turned out GREAT and we stated as much on our Angie’s List review at that time. ((In fact, it was their very first review on Angie’s List.)) What initially impressed us about them was that they actually respond to messages in a timely fashion. A concept that seems sorely lacking with a great many vendors here in the LV valley. We rented out that first home for more than 5 years, to a couple that didn’t take very good care of the property. Never the less, the garage floor proved to be impervious to the years of neglect and lack of care. This floor is so easy to keep clean with basically just dawn soap and a garden hose. Squeegee it dry and done !! So naturally this year, when we decided to upgrade into a new home, we immediately reached out to Infinity. The new garage was larger at 22’ x 43’ so we knew it would cost a bit more, but we felt the price was still reasonable. Especially knowing the level of quality that James & Joel would deliver. They completed the work in just 2 days and worked within our tight schedule. The floor looks AWESOME ((as we knew it would)) and we couldn’t be happier. James was very patient in helping me with the color and style . There are so many choices and it was hard to envision from a sample, how the color and flake style vs a solid color would actually look like on the floor and I did not want to make a mistake. So I went back and forth with several options. James did not pressure me to make decision but spent a few weeks showing me options. Well, I ended up going with my first choice and felt very comfortable. James and his partner Joel, just finished the floor this morning. It looks amazing. The brown tones with the flakes is so beautiful and the perfect choice. The work was done on time and very professionally. Trudy .

I found this company on Angie's List because I was afraid to look in the phone book and get who knows what. I dealt with the same person every time. He was courteous, professional, always on time, always accommodating with my schedule, and the floor looks amazing. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I also want to stress that he was always on time. I deal with a lot of vendors and trades, and I understand that things happen and people can run late, but it is rare for a service provider to be on time 3 or 4 times in a row. He even sent a follow up email to say thank you and make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend James Conner and Infinity Epoxy LLC. A+++++!

I had googled local companies that did the epoxy coating for garage floors. Infinity Epoxy, came to be my first choice. James and I emailed each other for several days trying to set a date for the work. The issue was on own end, trying to close on a new home. Thanks to good communications between James and myself. We were finally able to determine a date. We agreed on the start time of 5AM. How many companies do you know that starts work that early? Due to the heat of the day and the drying process, it was most important to start at daybreak. 2 day process, applying paint and color flakes, return early next morning to apply the Poly. Process went well and completely satisfied with the work done.. The garage floor looks great, so many comments on how good it looks. I would certain recommend Infinity Epoxy LLC, James and his partner Joel. I was very surprised at the level of professionalism they displayed.

Met with me before the job to discuss options and details. He was clear and helpful without being pushy. Kept in contact, worked around my schedule. The work was done promptly, quickly and right. The final floor was a thing of beauty. You could not do anything even remotely approaching the quality of this job with consumer products. Don't try this work yourself. An honest, conscientious, contractor that did very professional work at a fair price. I could not be more happy.

After getting three price quotes that were all very similar, I chose this company for the following reasons:
1. Epoxy floor systems is all they do.
2. I am very picky and when I told Joel this, his response was "So am I."
3. On the day work started I met James for the first time and told him how important it was to me that I get a quality job.His reply was "I welcome the challenge!"
Needless to say, the floor is as beautiful as promised and I now have a high quality, real epoxy floor system that will last for many years to come. I highly recommend Infinity Epoxy LLC for their professionalism, friendliness, fair pricing and attention to detail.

We are extremely pleased with with the final results of our garage floor; in fact we were entirely pleased with this whole process. I initially contacted James several months before our home was finished, and was impressed that he responded to my inquiry e-mail within a day. I re-contacted him again just a few days before we gained possession of our new home, and he came to the house to get the exact square footage of the garage. He was able to fit us into his schedule so that the floor would be finished and and quot;setand quot; in time for all of our belongings to be delivered (which was a date that we could not change). Of course, Mother Nature had other ideas, and the garage project was delayed for 2 days. But James and his partner actually worked on a Sunday so we could stay on schedule for the arrival of our belongings. Now that is customer service! As for the quality of their service, my husband and I were very impressed (and my husband is not easily impressed). James was thorough in his explanation of the product and its application, and was patient in answering all of my questions. This was not the cheapest company we looked at, but you get what you pay for. And we definitely hit a home run with Infinity Epoxy.

This company is amazing! True to their promise, Infinity Epoxy turned our ordinary concrete garage floor into a work of art. We are very particular, cannot make up our minds easily, and we always have lots of questions. Joel and James handled all of our questions in a very professional manner, explained what was involved in the application of the product, and they met with us on several occasions to go over our options. We really liked the fact that they had many epoxy colors and flakes to choose from besides the standard finishes that other companies offer. The project took approximately three days, and they did exactly what they said they would. They were always at the job on time, and they paid close attention to every detail. Even when there was a small hiccup (due to wind, not their fault), they responded immediately and resolved the issue. We would highly recommend Infinity Epoxy to anyone who is looking for a top-notch epoxy floor company that offers uncompromised quality and professional workmanship.

Horrible. Within a month the floor started to bubble and chip. Owner claimed to have and quot;diamond brushand quot; the floor as preparation prior to installation however he was not there to witness what his sub-contractor actually did. Prior to hiring him, he went to great lengths to explain what a great company he ran, that he personally worked on all of his contract jobs, that he took the business over from his father who had the same work ethic, etc. Then after I advised him that his floor was defective and described what was happening, he went on about the sub-contractor that did the job, how horrible he was, that he had to fire him because he didn't do things the way his company wanted. Two other epoxy installers looked at the floor after it became defective, and in their opinion, the floor had not been properly prepared. In other words, they didn't feel it had been diamond brushed as indicated. The owner said he would make it right however found an excuse not to. He sent very unprofessional and emotional e-mails using all caps and showing anger etc. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

"Client was told SEVERAL times that the problem was due to Moisture Vapor Emissions. We DO NOT COVER this under our warranty, yet we still went to fix the problem FOR FREE. Upon arriving I rang the doorbell, waited, rang it again, waited some more, knocked LOUDLY and waited more, rang the doorbell and waited some more, and no one answered the door. I also HEARD VOICES COMING FROM INSIDE THE HOUSE while waiting each time. We were ON TIME for a SET APPOINTMENT, for something that WAS NOT OUR FAULT, and no one answered the door. Their car was parked in the driveway, and client admitted to being there. They were informed that WE WERE THERE, have pictures and video, AS WELL AS GPS tracking in both our phones to prove this. We also stated that we HAVE NO PROBLEM BRINGING THIS TO COURT. We stated that we did our best to work with them, and now they will have to contact another company. After this occured, they wrote their comment on this site. We don't feel we need to say anymore about the situation."

We are new to Henderson, NV and wanted to epoxy coat our new garage floor, like we have back in Minnesota. We were also looking for someone who could answer our questions and fit us into their schedule quickly, since we would only be in town for a couple weeks for closing on our new home. We had done a fair amount of investigation, and were surprised to find that James actually responds to eMails, imagine that !!!! He stopped at our house (under construction) a month before we came to town, took measurements and sent me a quote for the work we were requesting. ((( We chose the and quot;Gray Smokeand quot; color from the web-site. ))) Shortly afterwards, James told me of another product they were working with, which is a color-shifting epoxy coating!!! Sounded pretty interesting, so when we were finally able to meet him on site, he had some samples prepared. We laid them out in the street and walked around them. They were AWESOME. Unfortunately, our 20'x20' garage faces north and doesn't get any direct sun, so taking the samples inside did not produce the same amazing effect that we could see out in the sun. If your project is outside in the sun, or you are coating a large garage, a hanger, a casino floor, a hotel lobby or something that has some good lighting, you REALLY need to look at his samples. I believe that Infinity is the only firm in the Las Vegas / Henderson area that is currently using this product. But back to OUR project, James and Joel came in on time and on budget. They were very flexible in their schedules to get our project completed within our tight time line and they did an absolutely fantastic job. The floor looks so good I don't even want to park on it.
