Property Management
I was assured that no further action would be taken until after my local property manager could work with the Heritage Estates HOA towards a solution. Fines continued to accrue during the time that they were sending the "infraction notices" to the wrong address. (They were being sent to ND, while the company in question, along with the property in question are in NV).
