Ian Palast - KellerWilliams Realty

I first met Ian in 2012 as a referral from one of my best
friends. He told Ian to take care of me, as I was moving cross country from the
east coast and was told that Ian would help me find a condo to rent in Las
Vegas. 
Well, Ian went above and beyond the call of duty.  We looked at what seemed like 30 different
places all over town before I settled on the place that I called home for
almost 3 years.  When I was looking for a
house to rent for one of my consultants to live in and also use as an office; same
thing.  We looked all over town and after
looking at what seemed like a zillion houses, he helped me find a nice place
that fit the budget.
Fast forward to my recent home purchase.  Ian helped me compile a list of my
needs/wants within my budget and tirelessly searched for homes that fit my
criteria.  He referred me to my mortgage
company.  I found my own mortgage people
to work with, but in the end I used the company Ian hooked me up with because
it was the best option overall.  
We must have walked in and out of between 40-50 houses.  He never tired of trying to help me find
something that would make me happy.   The big thing with Ian is that he never pushed
me into trying to buy the most expensive house. 
In fact, he encouraged me to spend less (which in turn would lower his
commission in the end).  He cares more
about you as his client and what you can afford than what he?s going to make at
the end of the day.
Ian held my hand as we went back and forth 5-6 times
throwing out offers/counters/etc.  He
helped supervise some work that was done on my place before I moved in and
still; a month after moving in, if I have any questions I usually hear back
from him almost immediately and the longest; 24 hours.
