Our house, built in '92, shares a well with the four houses on our court. At 2a.m. Sunday morning the pipe from the well to our house broke, flooding the yard, the court and the cross street. The only way to stop the geyser was to turn off the well pump, shutting off water to all houses. Starting at 7a.m Sunday I began calling a list of The Best Plumbers Near Me. The first 4 could not come until Monday. Then, Jackpot! The Hydro receptionist was fantastic and so sympathetic too. Richard from Hydro was here by 9:30. He and a crew had to dig through huge tree roots with a pickaxe to locate the broken pipe. It was 107 degrees. We had Hydro completely re-plumb the pipes not just repair the break, adding a main shut off valve near the driveway, plus shut off valves for water to the house and to the yard so this will never happen again. They worked all day Sunday and the huge job was completed Monday afternoon. They figured out how to rig a work-around so our neighbors had running water from Sunday night on. Hydro is very professionally run. They sent detailed cost estimates by email and explained in detail what needed to be done. I was notified by the office when Richard was on his way and he also texted me directly. He was able to explain how the break occurred (PVC glue failed and tree roots pulled the pipe apart) and gave us options in understandable detail so we could make knowledgeable decisions. I was able to keep my neighbors advised as the repair progressed. I will recommend Hydro to all my friends (and to you). Everyone I spoke to spoke excellent English. This can be an issue as I am 77 and a bit deaf. We had a Five gold star experience!

Fantastic; Aric and Bernardo were on top of it. Kept work place clean, excellent communication; set-up three other contractors needed at the site. Very professional, excellent knowledge to complete job according to code. Because of them, we are looking to have them work on another job at our home in addition to our granddaughters home that they are presently working on. Kept downtime to a minimum. Very good professionals that would be immediate hires for any plumbing concerns. Represent your Company as the type of professional you wished all employees would be. Thank you very much

Makay was helpful and able to help fix the hose bib quickly. This was a huge help to our family, so we could get back out into our garden and have the water running again without any leaks. I would hire them again, and request Makay because he arrived quickly (same day service), and he communicated with me clearly. He showed me the fixes and that there were no more present leaks. I also appreciated that they send a picture of the tech that will be arriving at your house. The two hour window was helpful to know when to be ready for their arrival.

Hydro Plumbing has been great to work with! We are a property management company that manages several properties. We had an issue with a gas line leaking. Saul was very informative and knowledgeable when we had to find where there was a gas leak. Saul even called the homeowner to answer all questions and concerns the owner had for the repair since it wasn't a cheap repair. Hydro Plumbing's price was very competitive, something we found out when calling other plumbing companies to do the same scope of work. Hydro Plumbing went out right away to find the leak and repair it. They're amazing! They also went out to a property that had sewage backing up into the shower. Right away, they gave us a solution and told us exactly what the problem is. They're a very honest company, which is hard to find in this industry. Panic time - running out of hot water I went to garage and found hot water heater leaking. This was 10:15 am Called Hydro Plumbing had an appointment schedules between 11-1. Aaron showed up a little after 11 am and we had a hot water heater installed by Noon. Very professional work - with texts and emails documenting everything. Didn't realize with a water softener a water heater doesn't last long. Have a six year warranty so safe for a while.
