Home Inspection for new primary residence
Description of Work: Terrible inspection and follow up. Several items missed in inspection. Air handler, ceiling fan and garbage disposal making terrible noises. HouseCheck did not report it. Finally responded 6 months after inspection stating their work is visual only. Bad communication. Bad follow up. Terrible service. Avoid at all cost. Find a reputable inspector that operates with integrity.
