Frank, the owner, is amazing! I would recommend him to anyone I know that is buying a house and needs someone to inspect it. First of all, our appointment was at 10am and we arrived couple minutes after 10 to find Frank already inside the home and taking pictures. Our, hopefully soon-to-be, home is on almost 1/2 and acre and he inspected the entire property including the over 2,500 square foot home, pool, and large workshop garage. He takes his time and does not rush to get the job done. We were there during a majority of the inspection and he took time to answer questions we had as well as share helpful advice. He made it feel like having a trained family member checking the home rather than a complete stranger. He was extremely friendly and really knew what he was doing. I've heard horror stories of shady inspectors just rushing through a job and passing homes knowing they were probably paid under the table to do so, but Frank is NOT that person. He's professional, knowledgeable, and worth every penny! Because he doesn't skimp on the little things, be prepared for him to be there for a while. He started our inspection before 10am and finished after 3pm. Thank you, Frank, for all of your help today!
