Karen at House of Window Coverings was amazing. From start to finish she was there to make sure everything went according to plan. She is an expert at all window coverings and has many great ideas to make your house look beautiful.

Fantastic! I worked with Ramiro and he was wonderful. From the initial visit at the store, to the in-home consultation and final installation, the entire process was perfect. Everyone, including the day-of installation crew, were extremely professional. I love what I chose, they work perfectly and look fabulous, and I would use them again in a heartbeat. In fact, I referred a few neighbors and friends that have all been thrilled.

End product turned out very well. Poor communication between owner of business and myself. Lots of delays and little communication. In the end, I was fearful I had been scammed. Spent so much money with this company couldn't believe they wouldn't give a simple courtesy call regarding the delay of product. I now have the shutters, but if something goes wrong I wouldn't trust this company to take care of the problem.  Ultimately, I would avoid this place. Lots of shutter companies in Las Vegas, don't gamble with your home.

They came out to measure my windows and they gave me an estimate and then left to get the window covering and then they forgot like a whole window.  Other than that they did good.

Job was done on time and with no problems. Happy customer. Sales specialist Jan was just excellent to work with. Installers did a great job.

HWC provided top notch service from design consultation, measurement, installation and post installation support. Cori was able to help us achieve some simple design goals while keeping our window covering budget in control. With our selections made the order process was quick and easy. Delivery was surprisingly quick, within 2 weeks of ordering we were having them installed. Phil (the installer) arrived on schedule and within 90 minutes we had all of our windows and patio door covering installed. A few weeks later we discovered a blind that was a bit hard to reach to open/close. A call to HWC and Phil showed up the next day to add some length to those blinds making them easy to open/close. Super selection, excellent designers, superior service and support.

I placed the order back on Oct 24, 2014 and the install was just completed April 14, 2015. 
The sales person came out to the house to measure.  I explained that I was ordering this type of patio blinds because they are hardly noticeable.  I wanted something I could close for privacy when needed, but when open, it was like they were almost not there.
The order came in but the sales person measured wrong and they were too long.  The top bar was not just over the patio door frame like we discussed but 2" over.  This meant that when the blind was open, you would see 2" over the molding and could tell there was a window covering.
The installer (who was on time) understood what I was saying and said he would talk to the office to see if they could be cut down so they would not be as noticeable.
Several weeks later, no one has called.  Trying to call this company is like pulling teeth.  NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.
Finally someone calls back they tell me the blinds are back from getting cut and they will install them.  Funny they never picked them up, so how could they be back.  Opps.  They admit they are wrong but it is near the holiday (Christmas) so they want to wait until after the new year so I won't be without window coverings for the holidays.  Nice of them, but this should've been done weeks ago.
They are picked up to be sent out to be cut again, and they come in a couple of weeks later.  Installer shows up, again on time but there is small damage to the blinds.  Some scratches on the frame and grease on the fabric.  The installer says he will talk to the office about it.
I never expected to hear from them again, but I do.  They ordered me new blinds to replace the slightly damaged ones.  Again, trying to call to schedule install is very difficult.
Finally April 14,2015 I receive the blinds. Now I am trying to call to make final payment.  So far I have tried 6 times no one answers the phone.  Finally, I do leave a message to call me for payment.  Wonder how long this will take?
Over all, the Installer, the product and their customer service on handling complaints are good. However, I will not use them again.  I can't deal with a company who does not communicate with their customers.

There was one glitch in the entire process.  At the beginning it was difficult to communicate with the person I was working with.  Once that was resolved the entire experience was an A level experience.  The product and price was great, and the installation was perfect.  The owner Christopher, was extremely apologetic over the communications glitch and made up for it immediately.  I would use them again.

This is the 3rd time that I have used Jan at House of Window Coverings. She is excellent. She came on time, brought several selections and measured by windows. I received a follow up visit by Scott to do a second measure (standard procedure). I received my blinds today and they are perfect. They darken the room, yet make it look great with my furniture. Thank you Jan and Scott.

Left message of what I needed and got a response that afternoon. The representative was on time and he brought samples. He stayed in the price range I indicated and he was still able to match our existing cell shades that were to remain. We replaced the two large cell shades on the east facing windows with black out cell shades. They called when the shades were ready and scheduled the installation. They were also on time for the installation. Installation was done to perfection. We are completely satisfied.

It went good, everything was performed correctly. It was a good price I thought.

I met with Jan at the showroom and she was very knowledgable. I was wowed with the huge selection of Hunter Douglas products. Jan came to my house in order to see my style and colors. She measured my windows and made great suggestions. I decided to place the order. She called me the very same day and told me that her installer had an opening and would be there to do the second measure. I really appreciate the fact that Jan wants to be sure the shades are perfect. The installer arrived promptly and quickly went to work.
Two weeks later (as promised) the shades were delivered. Scott installed the shades and was meticulous. He went out of his way to explain how they work. Scott really wanted me to be happy with the shades. This was really important to me because my husband had disabilities. Scott was extremely patient and made my husband feel great.
Since then, Jan has been my "go to person". She has given me estimates on other products and I am going to buy a rug from them. House of Window coverings is a great showroom. If you are in the market for window coverings, rugs, wallpaper or almost anything decorative, you should visit their Showroom. They have great ideas and service. Be sure to ask for Jan. Jan goes out of her way to give you ideas, but also finds affordable solutions.

When the blinds were delivered there were some issues that were not expected since we had an unusual installation (Not the norm). The Installer provided probably the BEST after care support that I have ever seen. He returned over 7 times and worked with Hunter Douglas to ensure that our Blinds were perfect. Our Blinds were all remote controlled and are outstanding. They will most likely sell the home if we ever attempt to sell.

We went to the store in early December, to inquire if they would do a small job, since we just needed a new blind for the patio door in our kitchen. They agreed to do the work, and Julie came out that same day and measured for the replacement. We made our choice for color and she said it would take about two weeks to get what we needed, but we'd have it before Christmas. As promised they called with an appointment for December 22nd. Unfortunately the valance did not come with the blind, so it had to be reordered, but the blinds were up. Due to the holiday's this all took a lot longer than it normally would have, but on Jan 15th Phil the installer, was back, and had everything done in a very short time.
We found all of the employees easy to work with, and Phil, the installer did very neat work, and cleaned up after himself.
