Ryan Geurts was on the property with my realtor when I arrived. He was very efficient and had a slide show for me to see all the pictures he had taken. He took time to explain things to me.

The inspection went well. Mr. Mitchell was very professional and advised me on the upkeep of the home. When I called to set up the appointment his staff were very courteous and nice.

Chose them based on the excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. I made the appointment online at night and my computer went coo coo for a second so it looked like I've made two appointments. Was going to call them next day first thing in the morning but they beat me to that. The office lady called (sorry I forgot her name) and made sure I got the date and time I wanted. She sounded very pleasant and professional. I wasn't there when Will conducted the inspection. Suppose we should get our report within 24 hours but we received it in about 12 hours. Impressive! Being a first time home buyer we were very anxious. We called and emailed Will several times with tons of questions and we always get our questions answered promptly. Unfortunately we decided not to take that house which means we will need another inspection very soon and I know who to call this time.

We have used Home Pride twice to perform inspections on houses we were interested in purchasing. The first time was with Kevin and the second was with Will. They are both very thorough and find every defect there is. In fact, Kevin's thoroughness led us to discover that the first house we were looking at needed a new roof and at least $6,000 in plumbing work. All in all I definitely trust Home Pride, would use them again and would highly recommend them.

The owner and 2 staff were there and look over every aspect of the house, took colored pictures with arrows pointing to problems that we might consider correcting and offered suggestions as to how we might fixing some issues. They were very comprehensive, detailed, and cost effective.

Once the home builder gave permission to enter, it was easy to work with Will to schedule the appointment.  He was promptly on site when he said he would be there with an assistant, and busy with the inspection by the time I arrived.  He was friendly, courteous, and very helpful answering every question I had, plus describing what they were doing as we went through the house.  The builder did a great job with the home, and there was only one significant problem found which had to do with how the roofing was installed. At the completion of the inspection, he went over every item found, and his recommendations, so there were no surprises for me later.  This isn't our first rodeo on home inspections, but first new home purchase.  His final written report was one of the easiest and most straight forward to read and understand (for me and the building superintendent). I would definitely use Will and Home Pride Inspections again, and highly recommend them to others.  Great job Will Mitchell and staff!

When he completed the inspection, he used a fine toothed come.  He was thorough and very meticulous.  I appreciated how he went through every crack and cranny, top to bottom.  Once he did all of that, he took pictures and went item by item on what exactly was going on in the report.  He is true professional, that knows his stuff.  If people are gonna try to hide things from him, he's going to find it!  Very punctual, funny, and so honesty.  Everything was outstanding.  He had all kinds of gadgets to make sure that all my appliances worked, and was even able to tell the true temperature of the house, and could detect how much moisture was coming through any leaks in my house.

Will was great - explained all issues found, and was very friendly and professional.  I am very pleased with the service.
