They did a wonderful job. I was very please with them. I had bought a Berber carpet. The guy had assured me, it was a very expensive Berber carpet, but he had assured me it would be ok with my dogs, since it was such a tight nit. When it was installed, and the dogs started pulling up the loops, they actually came out and were going to replace all of the carpet, with a different type. They said that he had made a mistake and shouldn't have referred that type of carpet with dogs in the house. So they were going to replace every bit of the carpet. I decided that I loved it and wasn't going to have them do it. They went way beyond what was required. When you buy something through them, and they install it, they guarantee the product and the install. They list every single detail of what they are charging for. There is no surprises with them. You know exactly going in, what it's going to cost. They give you a print out of every single item. I like that.

I make purchases online. I specify the delivery date online and they have delivered so far so good. The time window could be narrower instead of somebody waiting for 4 hours. They give you a 4 hour window for delivery and so you have to wait for 4 hours. The quality is the manufacturers quality.

It was a special order door, they said it would be in within 3 weeks. They called me two weeks later saying they had the door in stock and installed it for me.

Terrible, there is not enough space to describe what a hassle the entire process was. I thought that a single 9'x10' inset carpet install would have been simple enough

We got carpet and tile from Home Depot. They did deliver the tile and carpet to our home. They also installed that. They did arrive on time and did what they told me they were going to do.

They have always been very accommodating. Their service people that they sub contract out are always very good and good with scheduling.

Absolutely horrible! I was told that the entire project would be completed within 3-4 weeks. It took over 6 months! There were problems with the installation of the dishwasher- they lost mine and had to wait for another one from the vendor. At one time, the tile installers were at my home past 11 pm and they broke both my toilet lines. I was without water for over 24 hours. I was assured that the carpet would be great for me as it is just my dog and myself. The carpet is not a good choice for a dog owner- the fibers get pushed down into the carpet where the dog's nails make marks. After an inspector came to visit I was advised that I could use tweezers to pull each strand back up, so there is nothing further that the company would do. They did adjust the price by about 1/2 of the flooring costs on the bill. However due to the poor advice, horrible installation experience, and customer service, I will never do business with Home Depot again.

They removed the old carpet before installing the new carpet. We were given an estimate which was very good. They were very professional and they did an excellent job. The warranty was also very good on the carpet.

They had a very good crew that came and installed the flooring. They were very fast and they were finished in no time at all. I recommended them to my neighbors and they are using them too.

Home Depot did a great job on our carpet. They are not any visible seams at all and it all fits tight. They actually sub-contracted the work on our carpet and they had made a good choice because we are more than satisfied with the work that they did.

Home Depot did a very poor job of installing our carpet. The guys showed up without a vacuum so when they tore up our old carpet they made a big mess. The guys that came out were not friendly at all. I would not recommend them at all as I felt that they were not reliable. My carpet however did turn out okay.

The sales people at Home Depot were helpful, and the installers did an exceptional job. They leveled it perfectly first and there are no problem areas. They also left everything clean and completed the job in two days.

They did a nice job installing the pergo hardwood floors in our dining room. It took about six hours to complete the floor. They tore out the old carpet before installing the new floor. The installers came to our home and measured the area for the flooring. The quality of the pergo flooring is very good and maintenance free. We are happy with the floors and the price was reasonable.

Home Depot did a beautiful job and it only took a few hours to complete the work. There were no tacks or seams visible and there's nothing about the installation that we would change.

Home Depot did an awesome job on finishing and redoing my flooring in my home. The crew was very knowledgeable and seemed to be trustworthy. I will always do business with Home Depot since they were able to do such a good job fixing the mess that another company left.
