The service was OK, but after they quoted the price they added additional charges for the installation.

They were on time and friendly and I was pleased with the service. I was not very pleased with the whole experience in the actual store, but the people that came out did excellent work and were very nice.

All went well with the installation. The men were very careful in all they did for the installation and cleaned up after.

The experience was pretty good overall. We had only two issues after the refrigerator was installed. 1. The tubing to the ice maker was out of place and kept squirting water all over the freezer. Since we were not hearing it happen, it was not until the next day that my husband noticed the tube was askew. 2. After almost a week the refrigerator started buzzing, we discovered it needed to be leveled and the buzzing went away. Both problems should have been checked and taken care of at delivery.

Home Depot really took care of our needs. From the sales clerk, to the representatives over at the store, to the sub contractors who actually did the work, were all great to work with. There was a problem with the cabinet manufacturer and Home Depot stood by us and did what it took to remedy the situation. In the end we really got beautiful countertops and cabinets and this was an excellent upgrade to our kitchen. I don't remember what the total price was for the remodeling, and I would have them remodel for me again if it were the same people.

Home Depot installed our countertops around our work schedule, which I really appreciated. They were very flexible working with us, and we have not had any problems with the material they used. We would recommend their services to others.

Home Depot installed a very nice door as I liked how the door looked and how the door worked. They didn't have any problems with the installation process. They installed it, cleaned up, and then made sure that we were satisfied with the work they did. They got here a little late but other than that I had a good experience with them.

Home Depot sent out a very good service guy to install our garage door and door opener. I am very happy with the door. I really feel like I got my moneys worth. I haven't had even a lick of trouble with the door or opener. I did shop around and checked prices and they had the best price around.

Home Depot had sub contractors do the installations, and they did a really good job. We were very happy with our experience with them. The sales clerk who sold us the products were very patient with us. They installers were also very polite, efficient, and they were very happy to explain what they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves very well and we have had no problems at all.

Home Depot gave me a good price on my ceramic tile. They did a real good job and were hardworking. I liked everything that they did for us, and it looks very good in our hall. Over all I was very satisfied with the job.

Home Depot sent out 3 different crews to get their job done. I was completely dissatisfied with Home Depot and their subcontractors on this job. The last guy they sent out was just a straight slob. He took out the French doors to install the new door and it was suppose to fit but didn't. He took out part of a wall and had everything messed up. These crews were incompetent.

The serviceman from Home Depot did a great job on our water heater. I was impressed with how hard he worked. He was very efficient and didn't complain at all about how much work needed to be done. The service guy had a lot of energy. It was a bit expensive, but I felt it was well worth it. He also hauled away the old water heater.

Home Depot had a very good selection to choose from and the salesman was very helpful. They did a nice job of explaining everything to me and then scheduled a contractor to install them. I liked them because they screened their installers for us and they also back the quality of the work.

Home Depot came right over after I called them. They were able to get the water heater installed on the first visit out. They were very polite people to work with and I feel that they were hard workers. They did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves and I have not had any problems with the system they installed.

Home Depot did a very simple and convenient installation. They got it done right the first time. It is a pretty solid screen door and all the hinges were placed correctly with the first measurements. We liked the door we got and the service that we received at the store. I do not have the exact cost for the door or installation.

Home Depot did an excellent job on my floors. The grout lines are even and holding up wonderfully. The carpet was installed properly and I have had no problems at all. What I liked about Home Depot is that they did a follow up after the installation to make sure I was satisfied with the job.

Home Depot sent an electrician to our home to install a chandelier for us, which I had bought from them. They installed it properly and everything went smooth. We haven't had any problems since they put it in and it looks great.

Home Depot was able to install the carpet in a very timely manner. The workers were hard working and they worked very fast. There are no visible tacks or seams in our carpet as the carpet was installed properly. I am very pleased with the work that they did.

Home Depot did a great job on my floor. I really felt this company did everything they could to please me. The Pergo looked great and was very solid without any flaws. While in my home working the group was very considerate of my home and did the work as timely as they could have. It was a fairly simple process and I am happy with the results.

Recently I had beautiful French doors installed in the back of my house by Home Depot and the work was done perfect. The delivery truck was late getting the doors to us, which held up the installation man. The doors were installed without a problem. They fit perfect, and look beautiful in the house. The doors are of a plain painted wood, they look great and the installation work was professionally done. I will continue to shop at Home Depot for any of my home improvement needs as they are very reasonably priced as well.

Home Depot was a good company to work with. The first guy that they had sent out however, was very incompetent and could not do his job. They had sent out another guy right away that was excellent. The company itself was good; I just didn't like the fact that I had to wait to get the proper repairs done.

The new countertop that I purchased from Home Depot was custom made to fit our counter space. It?s made of a beautiful Coram material with a double sink molded into the countertop without any ridge at all. The unit comes in one big piece with no seams and no ridges for particles to get under. My husband removed the old counter top before the two service men came to put the new one in its place. I have used Home Depot for many things over the years, they always provide us with professional customer service and I am pleased with my new kitchen countertops.

We were very disappointed with the final result on this job. The installers, were polite and on time, but did a very unprofessional job. After the carpet was installed, we noticed large gaps in the seams. There were areas where the carpeting was bunching up, creating hills and valleys. The carpet they installed was also very cheap. It is supposed to be stain resistant, and it is not. Stains are harder to get out of this carpeting than, our old carpeting. We have decided to hire another company to replace all the carpeting installed by Home Depot.
