I told them the brakes did not sound right. He said probably just to run it for a while and they were still grinding. When I went back he did everything over and they were perfect. He said he wanted everybody to be happy and was very nice.  So, I don't know what was wrong, but he fixed it completely; that was very nice. Mostly after that it is just routine maintenance and oil changes. They always give good service, I am in and out quickly and I think they are still AAA rated, which gives me confidence.

Steering wheel had slight vibration when driving under 40mph. Front brakes had been previously replaced by another auto service company., however; this didn't correct the problem. When in for an alighment and to ensure brakes had beed done correctly. Alignment and brakes were fine, but found out due to age/wear/tear right front tire tread was seperating. Tire was swapped out with spare tire and car now drives like brand new. People were courteous, helpful and didn't try to up sell. WILL BE GOING BACK TO THEM FOR ALL AUTO NEEDS.

Took my 2006 Mazda 3 there to have the heater/AC switch replace, brakes done and an oil change. Price was reasonable, work was done well. The switch replacement was a complicated job since half of the dashboard must be removed to get to it. Labor was less than I expected and car works great. Good clean, honest garage.

Went in "thinking" we needed a new battery. The mechanic came back within 5 minutes and said that yes, we needed a new battery. He said it would take about 30 minutes since there were other customers in front of us. We were in and out of there within 20 minutes with a new battery installed at a very decent price. They didn't try to take advantage of the fact that we were two ladies there for auto service - for that we are very thankful. We will definitely use this service again.

I have been using Hollywood Auto for almost 10 years. Rick Emanuel and Tamir Sahan run a CLEAN, HONEST shop which is hard to find in Las Vegas on the East Side. They service all of our cars -- routine maintenance right down to helping me restore a 55-year-old car (new engine, transmission, gas tank). Excellent work, peace of mind. Clean waiting room with a big-screen TV and a c-store next door. Never have had a problem here.

The work was done quickly and well. Rick, the owner, and his crew are always freindly and calm. I always go here for my oil changes and if I have any questions about drivability issues, they answer honestly and fairly.
As a woman, I trrust Rick and his crew implicitly.I would recomend Hollywood Auto to everyone!.
