I needed someone to come and cap the gas line for my clothes dryer. Heritage more than met my expectations. Heritage impressed me by (1) being willing to provide a base cost over the phone, with all the appropriate caveats and (2) the onsite service by their team member (PM) was great. Their communication was clear and direct. They asked questions to make sure we had the same understanding of my project. I never felt any pressure to upscale my project. I appreciated the sense of partnership in our exchanges. I definitely recommend them. (I am sharing this review over multiple platforms.)

Our water heater started leaking the month after the warranty expired. Heritage contacted the manufacturer on our behalf to get a thirty day extension on the heater to save us the cost of a new one. Heritage took this action to save us money without us even asking. The install was great, they cleaned up everything and made sure it was all perfect. If you are looking for a highly qualified plumber who is honest and looking out for you, then call Heritage Plumbing. Home advisor says they have been in business for a short time but they have been plumbing in the Vegas area for four generations.

These guys were onsite within a couple hours to repair my burst pipe. Have used them for big and small jobs. Always provided quality work and great service.

I had multiple estimates to put in a whole house water filtration system, and most were beyond expensive and not very informative. I called Heritage Plumbing and Jason. The owner came out with his son and he knew everything about what I needed, we ended up putting in a whole house water filtration system and a water softener. The price was good compared to the other companies but the service I received was far beyond what anyone else offered. This is the best Water I?ve ever experienced. Jason really knows his stuff, the equipment looks great in my garage and honestly just a nice guy. I?ve got more projects and I couldn?t think of anyone else I?d rather higher than Heritage Plumbing.
