They come in within an hour fast , they replace three outlets one was burned and suggested not to be done that wire was melted . Suggested to have all have rewire, I said yes that job needed to be done he took and hour taking pictures of the job needed to be done and maybe after the holidays I will get a quote never got any quotes . I got a hold to another company and they perform a well job replacing the outlet he did not wanted to do wasn?t melted also they replaced my old fuse box with a new one with a breaker box I just got my invoice and was very pleasant surprised on what?s they charged me for the job and the parts $555 versus Healix of $220, I?m glad there is still a honest companies in my community the company is five star electric.

"Thank you for your review, Mario. Let me shed some light on this situation. When we talked to you on the initial call you told us there was a total of 18 outlets that needed to be replaced. We gave you our rates and you were fine with moving forward. My electrician was there in a timely manner, replaced 4 outlets, and explained to you that one outlet had wires that melted its insulation and recommended we rewire at least that one circuit with a new home run. We were not going to install an outlet in that location with wires in that condition as that could be a hazard. You then requested a quote for the work to be done and we sent this through your email with no response. Helix Electric has been in the industry for over 30 years with offices all over the country and prides itself in work that is up to code. We unfortunately will not cut corners to complete a job when we feel this could be a hazard to our customer. We are happy you have found another contractor to help you, but if you ever have another electrical issue that needs to be done safely and correctly, do not hesitate to give us a call. Thank you."
