Do not let these people in your house. You do not have to believe me look at the contractors board and how they fined because of poor workmanship, failure to pull permits and other administrative failures. They installed two new units inside my home and on the outside of my home after him coming and trying to fix it several times during the summer when my house would not get below 92° He said that there must be something blocking the line and that we would have to wait until fall to blow it out. I got a hold of the contractors board they came and investigated and they told me whatever I do do not run the furnace because he did not look up everything correctly. Harper Valley PT air Was sanctioned by the contractors board because of their poor workmanship and the lack of pulling proper permits. They had to hire another contractor to come and fix everything that was wrong with my house it took for men over 10 hours one day to fix everything because they did not even hook the furnace is up correctly. Do not use these people

It was great! They arrived on time, performed the job quickly and they know what they were doing.

I bought a new house with two new systems thinking I would not have to worry about the AC. When I found out that the unit for the upstairs was not cooling very well the previous homeowner was nice enough to give me the information on who installed. Knowing that the ceiling was already screwed up from where they tried to fix it I knew I was in for flight trying to get any kind of warranty. So I called and the guy was nice enough to come out on a Saturday or was it a Sunday I can’t remember and look at the air-conditioning. After a couple of hours he really didn’t have a clue as to what was going on thinking that there was an obstruction on the low side of the air-conditioner. He said the best thing he could do was to completely disconnect the small copper and blow air through it and see if there was an obstruction. He wanted me to wait until fall for him to do this and right then and there I knew he was not going to stand behind his workmanship warranty. I called other places and had people come out and the consensus was there was an obstruction and the best thing to do was to drain the system vacuum it out and that’s what I had done by another contractor. Now my air-conditioning works great. I would not recommend this person to install another air conditioning unit as he is not the one that installs it he farms it out to some crew that really didn’t know what they were doing. There’s a laundry list of things that were wrong with the installation that the other contractors Noticed. Just to give you an idea that they cut out the webbing of my roof trusses and lost a couple of them out. I’m not saying it was an easy installation however; if the other unit got put up there without tearing apart a ceiling and cutting trusses he should’ve been able to do it. I will be calling the contractors board and filing a complaint. All this after I told him that I was a construction project manager. Also I can tell you they didn't pull a permit and is completely illegal here in Nevada. I have all the information now and will be filing a complaint and stop this guy from screwing anyone else's house up. Update December 12, 2018. I had to get a hold of the state contractors board because they didn’t even pull a permit when they originally set these units. Additionally they didn’t even have the exhaust hooked up on the upstairs Unit. In response to the owners it doesn’t matter if I have it installed or not. The warranty is very clear in these matters that there is a one year workmanship warranty guaranteed with all the work associated with a new install as per the NRS

I came home to a water leak coming from my attic. I knew that part of our system was in the attic so I called one H/A company and a guy came out and said I needed a new system for $6,700. So I called Harper Valley PT Air and the guy, Craig, came out and said all I needed was a drip pan that was rusted out. He did the repairs for $125 and I've had no problems since. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism that he showed. I would recommend using their service for both value and quality of service.

We had a company come out and they stated we needed an entire new heating unit right before Christmas with a stiff price $6,500.00. We contacted Harper Valley PT Air for a second opinion. The technician was extremely professional and punctual. He informed us that we did not have to replace our entire heater and he could repair it immediately. This company is highly recommended and saved me thousands of dollars. One happy customer!!!!
