Howie arrived and reviewed the damaged area. He gave me a quote and then Steve, the professional tile guy arrived and laid the tiles down with thinset and grout within 3 hours. Floor looks good and matches other tiles. Price was acceptable too.

Fantastic! He made it look easy (which I know it was not!) I had sent him a link to the item on Amazon. Not only did he go to the link, but he contacted the company to get the instructions before he came. There were some flaws in the manufacturing, and he did a fantastic work around. Before the appointment, he called and then texted to keep me in the loop. He was so polite, quietly going about his work and very skilled at the work as well.

Howie offered to do the job at a price that was less than the copay I would have had to pay when I ended up in the e.r. after falling of a ladder. He was pleasant and prompt and I would not hesitate to hire him again.

I must say that Howie is great he is flexible with his time and not only that extremely polite and considerate. I needed holes patched up on my doors and he took the doors off and took them repaired them and brought them back to me. The job he did was fantastic I can not tell where the holes were the doors look brand new.. I will be using him again in the future.
