Greeted by name as I walked in the office.  Called back to have my braces put on within 2-3 minutes.  Very friendly staff and technician.  They explained what everything was and what they were going to do.  Braces were put on after cleaning teeth, very fast and efficient!  Next they put the wire arch brace on and close the brackets.  They make sure you are comfortable and nothing is bothering or poking you.  Feels weird, but braces are light and not as bad as I thought it would be. 
I am very happy I am straightening my teeth! 
Treats, ice cream/cookies, when you leave if you want.
Very nice office staff and doctors! 
I recommend Dr. Hamilton to anyone who needs braces!
