We made an appointment for two days from the time I called. They said they would be here at 10:00. At 10:30 I called to find out where they were. They showed up at 11:00 to uncover my septic tank lid. It turns out I had a cap on there and it only took about five minutes for them to uncover the lid; but they did charge me $270 to do that. I ended up having to put the dirt back over the cover once everything was done. Then they said they would be back to pump out my septic system. They came at about 1:00 and said that they needed a bigger truck so they went and got a bigger truck and finished everything fairly quickly after that. The company was good; they did charge me extra for the digging out even though it only took five minutes to do that. But they did what they said they would do after that; apart from being late. I had a meeting to go to so I had to be gone and made arrangements for someone to be at the house while they were there. Other than that they were professional.

very efficent - started work even earlier in the day than expected. They were a day late however, because of an accident that one of their trucks had the day before, but they were very apologetic about it. The next day service was excellent.The price was exactly what was quoted, and the problem was completly fixed.

No problems. They showed up when they said they would, did the job neatly, and price was exactly what they told me. Plus, they offered a small cash discount.
