From start to finish, Mike at H2O did a terrific job for us. Once he inspected the backflow valves at each location, he communicated to me -in writing- what repairs were necessary to get the valves back in working order so that he could then reinspect and certify them as required. I knew up front how what each repair required, how much it would cost, and when the work would be done.
It took me a few weeks to get the repairs approved, but once I called Mike, and then followed that up with an email, he promptly got the repairs done and the valves certified and tagged. No problems, no excuses. Just good honest work done the right way. What a concept!
I will use H2O Backflow every year -no question. I've used other plumbing contractors in the past and they've not done the job like H2O Backflow.
