Hector expertly orchestrated my drywall and stucco repair. The job was done professionally, in a timely manner, and at a fair price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing stucco or drywall repair and painting!

His workers are over and above the call of duty. They are excellent. They came in here on time, did what they had to do, and cleaned up their mess before they left. They started the mess when they got back. It was constant work, work for a month and a half in my home. I have never seen anyone lay floor, and tile. It is superb. My neighbor came over to see it, and he said that the guys knew what they were doing. His name is Hector Manrique is the project director. They specialize in insurance work, bath remodeling, kitchen remodeling, windows, doors, trimming, drywall, paint, stucco, baseboards, and crown molding. One guy did it all. I am going to have them do my fireplace. They are already cutting the hole in the wall to put it in. They had to work around me and my schedule, they were very accommodating. They were trustworthy, because I had watches, TV, money, wedding rings, and not one thing taken away from me. Once I got use to them being here, I would leave them alone, and they took good care of my home.

They did a good job! A little expensive I thought. They were clean and they answered the call. They were prompt. They were here on the 27th of May. The service cost six hundred dollars. I would give them an 'A' overall. I would use them in the future.

They were friendly and quick to give a quote.   Equally fast to get the job done.  Very satisfied, would use them again.

After contracting to remove all wallpaper before texturing and repainting, we found that they had textured and painted OVER the old wallpaper in at least one bathroom.   He had an excuse for why that had to be done, but he wasn't going to admit it until we found out on our own and confronted him.  We suspect that they did the same thing in other rooms also, but the whole project was such a long, drawn out ordeal that we just wanted these guys out of our lives.  So we didn't make them redo it.  A lot of their work was done very nicely, but it required a lot of supervision from us and it took much longer than expected, since they were working on multiple jobs at the same time.  We ended up completely redoing one of the bathrooms the following year for a combination of reasons.

I am a Realtor from Las Vegas, Nevada and for the last 8 years have referred to my real estate clients and friends a contractor; (H&M Unlimited; owner, Hector MANRIQUE). Most of my clients or friends were so happy with Hectors work and prices that they have often used him for other projects after they moved into a house that I sold them. Most Handymen in Las Vegas are not licensed or bonded. H & M Unlimited is a licensed and bonded general contractor but will do small handyman jobs or major re-model work. They recently installed a garbage disposal for a friend and a hot water heater for my sister. The thing that most impressed me with Hector is his honesty. I've seen clients ask Hector to replace vinyl floors with tile on a rental investment property and heard Hector tell them to save their money because he would clean the vinyl to save them money.

My wife and I recently downsized and had H & M Unlimited remodel a house for us that was built in 1995. His team did a great job, in a timely manner, always cleaned up after themselves and Hector's bid came in lower than the two other bids that I had and his work was incredible. He never has a problem coming back as many times as needed to satisfy us or my clients. His company does almost everything from granite counter tops, travertine back splashes, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, carpet, wood, cabinets, framing, building closets, mold remediation and more. Had 3 rooms in house where their was water damage and one spot in garage to fix, what happened is describe above.

From the start of the the insurance claim, to the very end.  Tony and Hector, delt with the insurance claim adjuster, and got everything replaced.  They where very efficient and proffesional.  They finished the job very fast, and kept me informed through out the whole process.  There was some other things i wanted to get done that was not part of the insurance claim, and Tony got them done for me also.  I would rehire and recommend H&M Unlimited again anytime.

After my home was re-piped, H & M was responsible for covering 24 cuts with drywall and painting both the interior and exterior of the home. This involved the guest bath, master bath, laundry room, kitchen and garage.
