David Geller did a professional and thorough home inspection (finding issues from the tiniest hole in the bathtub to improper wiring of the fuse panel). I can highly recommend GSI Las Vegas Home Inspections. GSI scheduled my appointment for the following day and David arrived promptly. After completion of the inspection, David spent time explaining all the issues that were found. If you need a home inspection done right....call GSI!

Provider showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. Took photos of each major room of the house and of exterior. Appraisal was delivered to lender within 4 days, and came in right around what is seen on Zillow, so no surprises. Only concern was final bill was about $50 more than initial estimate.

Arrived on time and completed a very thorough inspection. Patiently provided walk-thru and summary to the Buyers at the end of the inspection and issued full report promptly the next day. Very experienced, personable and helpful. I am a Real Estate agent who needs reliable, thorough, client-friendly inspectors, and William has never disappointed.

I highly recommend giving William Lee at GSI Inspections a call. He did an excellent inspection and was completely professional, thorough and organized throughout the entire house. He also showed up really early and began to work on the inspection which I was really happy with. As a 1st time home buyer, I asked him several questions and he was able to answer every single one clearly and explained how to fix certain issues which I really appreciated. All in all, the whole experience with William was excellent and he saved me a lot of money on a bad home so I definitely plan on hiring him again for my next home inspection!

Everything was excellent. They came when they said they would and they were competent. They worked quickly, they did exactly what they needed to do, and didn't try to sell me anything extra. We definitely will use them again. If we need an electrician, we will be calling them.

Since I moved in the house I've run in to a lot of problems that GSI: Las Vegas Home Inspections didn't uncover. It's little stuff, but if they were an A outfit it would have been much better. The spa heater he glossed over, I went to use it 3 weeks later and it didn't work. I also found a number of simple plumbing issues, such as leaky pipes, things like that. I have been in this house a month, and have been fixing something every day. He dropped the ball on the solar system for the pool. He did what he was supposed to do and absolutely nothing else, it was very robotic with nothing personal.

GSI delivered top level service. The inspector, Bill Lee, arrived early and explained many details about the house. He was extremely knowledgeable and had many years experience as a contractor and investor. I had some errands to do before I returned to my desk. When I opened my email box, the inspection report had already arrived! Excellent work by Bill Lee and GSI! Would definitely use them again and have recommended them to others.
