Terrible customer service! Dealing with the project supervisor was a headache and we did not get the results that we had paid for. Lots of plants died and none have been replaced even though they were promised.

"Hi Melanie, it is unfortunate that you feel this way. As you know, we replaced your dead plants for you. Billy had been in communication with you by text message. Our plant warranty is for 3 months only. We went above and beyond our contract with you by giving you additional courses of block on your retaining wall while our contract was very specific with how many block courses you would get. When we finished the wall, you expressed to us that you wanted it even taller. We added more courses of block, free of charge, in hopes that it would make you happy. We went above and beyond for you. You were thankful on text message after we replaced."

First-rate company, top to bottom. Excellent design, but even more exemplary execution. Billy manages his crew to quality work and schedule; he returns calls when he says he will. They provide ongoing support after the initial work is done. Highly recommend.

Others CC : Green Gru, Nick Frisco, Nick Stramaglio The owner was very interested in making sure every thing was done correctly and we had several on site meetings to ask if I. had any Issues that needed to be addressed. At the end of the project he was here to let me know if I needed anything to call him personally and gave me his personal cell number

The work was completed and looks wonderful. I replaced my grass with synthetic grass as my dog was not kind to the real grass. She and I love it. Crew was great.

Nick and Billy were awesome. They kept me informed and once they started they were quick and efficent. (They even saved my yard gekkos (lizards) which have returned to my porch. I would highly recommend them for artificial grass, rocks and plants.

Very good company. On time and dependable. Did a good job. Just disappointed in getting rid of the weeds and grass in the rocks. I thought I wouldn't have to worry about the weeds for awhile since I paid a lot of money to get rid of the weeds, but there still some coming up through the rocks.

I got a great deal for my money! The only minor issue I had was a lack of communication in a couple of instances, but this ultimately didn't have a negative effect on the job itself. If I ever need more work done, I wouldn't hesitate to call Green Guru again!

This company is probably the most professional landscaping company in Las Vegas. They seem to be a a little higher than what you could hire out for.... But the work they do is first rate. Billy has been fantastic. They either show up when the appointment time is, or in the case something does come up, they call to let you know when they are coming back.

Hind sight we wish we would have gotten a few bids before hiring them. They were very expensive and the work was only average. The communication from the top down could have been better. After the job was complete we never heard anything back, asking if we were satisfied with the work. We sort of felt like once they got the money we weren't all that important any longer. Anyhow, we'll look for a different company for any future work.

We found the whole experience great. Our back yard went from a 20 year old dust bowl to a quiet peaceful relaxing space. Bill was great and extremely helpful with our choices for planting.
