In my search for a carpet cleaning company, I was looking for a family-owned small business. I called and spoke directly to Barry.  He provided me with a rough estimate and we set up a day and time for cleaning. He seemed fair, honest and I liked that he actually comes out to clean the carpets.

He said that he would show up on Saturday at 10:00 am, he only works weekends. I currently have tenants in my rental and according to them, he showed up on time, was very professional and they were pleased with the results. Barry text messaged me after he had completed job and sent me the final invoice. It was about $15 more than the original quote, which is pretty good since he did not come out to my property prior to doing the work. He also sent me pictures of the cleaned carpets.

OMG, what can I say? Barry has been cleaning my carpets for years and I would never use anyone else. He always answers calls or call back ASAP if a message must be left. He gets details of work to be done before he arrives so he can give a time/ cost estimate. He ALWAYS arrives on time and does a great job. I swear I get an extra 2-3 years of carpet use by using him a few times a year. I use him for high traffic areas around 4 times a year and guest always insist my carpets are new. He is very professional and upfront will all costs. Great guy/ service!
